E. m.Quite area. The Room and spaces in between buildings are clean and tidy. Garden is nice.
Check in was super easy and fast.
But, bathroom shower sink is horrible, it's always clogged. and ofcourse there is no access to the kitchen.
However, great price for the value.

P.My accoms fridge had to be replaced because it didn’t keep my milk in date and also the doors to Rosedale court where i stay are always unlocked meaning safety levels are extremely low, when i turned the radiator on it had a strange burning smell that signified that it had not been cleaned out in a while and my bathroom floor had unknown hairs all around it
M.Stayed here for short term, and I don’t regret it! What a great experience for me as first time staying in student accommodation! I was afraid first that I might not blend easily with this environment that full of freshmen as I’m a PhD student but all went good. The building was new, clean and secured and the staff was very nice and friendly. Despite my short term stay, I had great friends. Highly recommend if you are student and looking for short or long term stay!

R.I never actually lived in the property due to an inconsistency of information about my circumstances regarding moving in with staff when I called, however the team handled my issue very seriously and Kate Stephenson is lovely and has really helped me with my situation and booking throughout the entire time, kudos to her and the rest of the team! J. M.It's my first year here and so far it's been great! The staff are really friendly and helpful, fairly quickly to respond to any issue you have. It can be a bit noisy if outside as people head out for a night out but maybe that's just Freshers week. Overall the soundproofing on the walls is pretty good which is really nice.
