Even during covid times the service was excellent, lovely houses/flats, lovely housemates, a very enriching international experience. As an Erasmus student, I stayed in Newcastle in one of the British-style houses for 6 months and it was perfect, the landlord is also very nice, 100% recommended.

My Erasmus Living house was definitely the best accomodation I could have had during my studies in Newcastle. Lucy is extremely nice and helpful for all the paper work or any problem you might encounter during your stay. The house I was staying in (in Studley Terrace) was great and my housemates became really good friends. I would definitely recommend it and live in an Erasmus living house if I were to come back to Newcastle.

Had a really positive experience renting through Erasmus Living, Lucy was beyond helpful and I really liked the fact I could rent for a shorter period of time than usual university lets! The house I rented was great and there are welcome events hosted and more throughout the year. A really great company.

My experience with Erasmus Living couldn't have been better. Although I was living in one of the student houses on my own and just for two months (during summer), I had such a good time there. Lucy and the team were helpful and willing to sort out any issue that I had as soon as they could. I would also highlight the nice student community that the company is building by organising events and parties across Newcastle.

I had a lovely stay in Newcastle for my Erasmus (September 2018 - January 2019) and that wouldn't have been the same without Erasmus Living and Lucy. I had a flat in Byron St. with 3 other international students. Besides the fact that everything was functional in the house, I've also met a lot of people thanks to EL. If you plan to go there and are looking for an accommodation, I would definitely recommend you to have a look on their website. Thanks Lucy for making this experience so special.

Erasmus Living helped me find an excellent place to stay in Newcastle. Lucy is really nice and the David or the landlord helped me every time I needed it. The flat in Rialto Building was perfect and the area I lived was terrific too! I definitely recommend the experience.
