Loved the receptionist Carla, she is really awesome and gives in-depth knowledge regarding anything which we may ask.
When I was new in this city and had no access to net services, I was only in touch with her through phone and she guided me all my way through Manors Metro station to Garth heads.
I really found cool people here in Newcastle, they are very supporting.

The Accommodations Team led by Carla in Garth Heads Dwell Student Living are excellent and proactive in getting accommodation as quickly as possible, I was amazed with their great performance and speed in turn around time.
They also helped booking seamless for many of my friends requesting for accomodation in, even at the shortest period of notice.
An excellent customer relationship.

Trying to find good quality student living at a reasonable price can be a very difficult and time consuming task, let alone trying to narrow down the hundreds of different accommodations in the area. Dwell, however, is one of the best accommodations I came across and one of the cheapest. As far as I can tell, the only difference between dwell versus the other accommodations, is dwell does not offer ensuite bathrooms. Is it really worth paying +£115 per week just for an ensuite when you could be paying as low as £69 per week here at dwell?
The location of Garth Heads however, is what appealed to me the most. It is situated a few minutes away from the Millennium Bridge and Pitcher and Piano, giving you access to beautiful Quayside walks whenever you like. Plus, for most living quarters this close to the Quayside, you'd have to pay an extortionate amount! The only flaw is if you are studying at universities such as Northumbria or Newcastle, it is a 15-20 minute uphill walk but after being stuck in our homes for the past year, a walk is quite welcoming.
Dwell also has great onsite facilities such as a free private gym which I love! The receptionists are lovely and don't say anything about my shopping addiction despite taking in parcels for me nearly every day... Dwell was my first ever accommodation and I was very nervous about leaving home but I'm so glad I did! The bedrooms are so cosy, it didn't take long for my flat to feel homely. I would recommend it to anyone.

The review is done given my experience and stay at 2 different student accommodations in Newcastle. So, I could actually compare and testify to quality.
Few things that I watch out for in a service business are:
Warmth reception, Support and Empathy from the customer service/ staffs of the organization. The staffs over here (Carla, Sandra, Stacy and Ross are true definition of service champions). Willing to go extra length to make your stay at Garth Heads comfortable and memorable.
We are in a Smart age where interruption or insufficient data could make one's life a mess. Sufficient and fast internet service availability over here is awesome.
The team also has an excellent way of managing students concerns and challenges while stile respecting others need.
Lastly, the fee per week is too good to be true. This has really helped me to save extra and live well in Newcastle

I had the opportunity to spend three full academic years at Garth Heads, and I must say that despite a period of global pandemics, it was a great experience. The team that tries to make every student's stay as pleasant as possible from this place made me my second home, they are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever known, and they were ready to advise, help or even help in any circumstances. hold.
My view from the room provided a breathtaking view of the Quayside, the furnishings of the bedroom, kitchen and living room were perfectly satisfactory and provided me with plenty of privacy. On the contrary, the gym and common areas were beautifully equipped providing many opportunities to meet other students.
But my favorite place was always the reception, where I was always greeted with a sincere smile and friendly staff. I could not recommend this accommodation enough not only because of the great people, but also in a great distance from the university, the center, all the shops, but also parks and great places for walks. Thank you, Garth Heads, those three years have passed incredibly fast, but I will pamper these memories of you forever.

It's my first year living in Garth Heads but I can tell that it's probably one of the best places to rent an apartment as a student.
Members of the staff are very friendly and helpful, they fixed problems I had as fast as possible and they are always here if you need them. The rooms are spacious and cosy (I'm living in Mercury and there's plenty of space), kitchen, living room and bathrooms are in very good condition with all the amenities you might need. Collecting parcels is very easy, all the parcels arrive at the staff deck and you can collect them anytime during working hours. There is also a gym and laundry room on site which are very easy to use.
While the whole experience is amazing, there is one downside during colder months. The windows are not insulated so it can be a bit chilly when it's cold outside. There's is a heater below all the windows so this was not a huge problem for me, but was a bit annoying at first.
Despite that this place is fantastic and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! :)

One of the best places to live as a student in Newcastle. The location is just perfect as it centres between Quayside, Gateheads and Newcastle City Centre.
I think I use one of the smallest rooms, however, it is still spacious enough for me. The laundry facilities are quite easy to operate and the communal space is suitable for outdoor or social activities.
The accommodation staff have got amiable personalities and they are friendly to approach. They have made my stay at the accommodation a remarkable one for the past 4-5 months.
I would recommend dwell Student Living, Garth Jeads for anyone considering a great accommodation with tremendous benefits and rich experience.

I have lived at Garth heads dwell for almost 3 years and I can’t fault it at all! When looking for accommodations in my first year the daunting thing was the price but when viewing dwell I knew it was where I wanted to live and all the facility’s it provided I was sure it was going to cost a lot.. but to my surprise it wasn’t! The rooms differ in size but they are all a great size and the communal areas provide everything needed! You get views of the quayside in many of the rooms and who wouldn’t want to wake up to the gorgeous views of the millennium bridge! Not only are the facilities amazing but the staff are definitively what makes the place so amazingly unique, they take the time to get to know you and you can always talk to them and know they will help you with any problems you have! Even during the pandemic they were emailing asking how we were. They cater to you also as I work all day and sometime get parcels they will pop them in my post box so I never miss a package or have to wait even longer for it. Garth heads has truly become my home and not just somewhere I stay while at university!

Excellent and affordable accommodation. Proximity to schools and major terminals is great. Great Wi-Fi connectivity. The team of staff, led by Carla are awesome: warmth reception, genuine cheerful smiles, willing to help and support at all time.
I had a fantastic time

It's a very good experience staying in Dwell Student Living. The living place is very comfortable and they have several decent facilities such as gym, communal space and laundry room on site. It is also near to the city which make it very convenient for students. Receptionists are all very helpful and kind which make students felt home like.
