G.Modern university building with colleague cycle parking & plenty of all-gender toilets, as well as male/female for those that prefer. Looking forward to a Google maps and street view update but the old "Neil Speirs" building location is about right. No cafe here as of Dec '22 but good ones either side.

I.The Neil Speirs Centre is undoubtedly one of the best of Newcastle University's modern buildings. It's an excellent place to study, and a testament to Dr Speirs's legacy.
