I've been a returning tenant at True for the last 2 years now; and i have nothing but the highest of praises for this accommodation it offers a very cheap and competitive price point compared to other university accommodations in the area which offering much more. From their modern high quality rooms in either Flats/One Person Studios you're not claustrophobic due to the design and spaciousness of the rooms which are kept to a high standard by the onsite team to the range of events and freebies they offer (Especially the Halloween party). The onsite team as well is exceptional with organising these events and also in the day-to-day management of the site. Displaying a genuine friendliness and care to all guests and being more than happy to have a chat with you about your day. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere anyone would enjoy. Its also a stones throw from Northumbria Business School and a Morrisons supermarket. Whilst being a 5 minute walk from the quayside and 10 minutes from the city centre, with great public transport links to get around the city as well with manors metro station being just around the corner. Highly recommend this accommodation to all from Freshers to Masters students as it will be able to accommodate you for what you want from a accommodation.

The team is amazing, full of lovely and helpful people. The activities were great and diverse. Arriving here during a pandemic was not easy but everyone has been so nice and made sure you staying occupied during self-isolation. It's also very secure and in lovely area! Loved staying here, very sad to leave. 100% would recommend True Student Glassworks!

Great accommodation for students from UK and International students. I feel safe here and supported by good administration. They helped me especially it was my first time to study outside my country, the administration is making a lot of effort to provide the students for everything they need and motivate them. Great location, great prices, and best services. I had a full year of fun and have great friends and amazing memories here even with Covid 19. This experience is much easier living at True Student Newcastle accomodation.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best accommodation I've seen. I've been to a lot of people's accommodations and can honestly say that True Student come out on top every time. The beds are massive, there is so much storage both under the bed and in the wardrobe (which is huge). The showers are great and much larger than anyone else's I've seen. Kitchens are great, the facilities are perfect and you couldn't wish for anything else. The staff are great, Sally and Will really make it feel like a small community and are super helpful! They put on lots of events to maintain a community feel and take the time to listen to what we as students think. Equally, I quite like my own space and this accommodation has been perfect for me. Nonetheless, through this accommodation I've met two fantastic flatmates. I'm so sad to be leaving and have been so happy to make it my home for the last 10 months. Thanks so much Team True!

Just want to give a big shout out to Will and Sally who work here, absolute class acts and have the BEST customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I bunk in a single size shower studio that's very spacious and has plenty of storage space. Location's great for Northumbria students and has plenty of local shops as well as onsite amenities. As good as the place is, I'm simply floored at how accommodating the staff here are. It makes the world of difference.

The staff are always helpful and understanding (as are the student ambassadors) there's help available 24/7 and this is probably the safest student accommodation in town. It's close to everywhere I need to be, there's a million and one forms of transportation nearby and is so convenient. Not only that but it has amazing facilities and an app in which you can book the facilities. The rooms have plentiful space and are very modern. My only down point is because the surface are white, dust appears within minutes of cleaning.

I had a great time for my staying at True Newcastle for the last year. Team True is always friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious with plenty of storage room. Particularly smart TV is brilliant for screen mirroring and the cinema room is my favorite place to hang out with my friends. Thank you!!!

Really nice accommodation, living in a shared flat, room is perfect well set out providing lots a storage space, shared area has lots of storage and space too with lots of space. The accommodation is a really good place to live, they regularly have events on to attend such as film nights and parties.

Glassworks Newcastle is an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and trendy and the facilities are fantastic. The U-Zone and cinema room both have large televisions with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Movies and Sports channels all available free of charge. Glassworks provides a family-orientated atmosphere which everyone is included in and this is evident in the free events throughout the year to help unwind from university. The staff are friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommend Glassworks to anyone studying in Newcastle regardless of how far through their studies they are.

I've been living here for my first year of university and I am absolutely loving it! The Glassworks has great facilities that include: fully kitted out common room (common room with pool table, apple tv, foosball table, arcade game, games e.g. twister/monopoly; cinema room with tiered seats and apple tv; laundry room and a study area - they also offer a range of events such as movie nights, games night and charity events.) I live in one of the studio flats and everything is really modern and luxurious for student accommodation (all my friends are jealous!) The staff are always really friendly and willing to help at any time. I would recommend these halls to anyone wanting a quality standard living space while having fun.

Helpful staff - if I have a problem they try their best to help solve it. Big rooms with plenty of study space. Decent sized bathroom. Walking distance from uni and close to other accommodations so can be near uni friends. Able to get to town/quayside/Gateshead easy enough. Only downside is dust and condensation builds up, especially on the window by your bed.

Great place. I lived there in 2016/2017 and had a great time. The only con is that it is 20 min walk away from the nearest supermarket (Morrison's). Nonetheless, there is a cinema room, gaming room, books, netflix and other facilities. Also friendly land lords and open community (it's really easy to make friends both foreign and native).
