This is a very neat and clean living place. Common areas are very clean and tidy. Particular to say that the manager Mr.Bill is an amazing person.He is very helping and active and efficients. He solves any problem very promptly. Getting such a manager in this living house is definitely an added advantage. The neighbours are very quiet and rooms are mostly noisefree. The location of the place is superb and bus stop is just 10 seconds walking . The decor is modern with good facilities including some common spaces. I highly recommend this place for the professionals.

Overall this place has been good to me with good and clean facilities. Ideal for 1 person studying or working. I would recommend driving by and get the contracting done with CRM itself, because using different portals requires you to be in contact with Nest, which you should try to avoid.

I have loved staying here for the course of my 2 year Masters. The rooms are modern and spacious, perfect for one person. It is nice to be able get on with work or have a quiet evening in without worrying about noise from neighbours - I haven't had any disruption since I moved in! One thing I would have liked is to be assigned a parking space. Although a petty issue, it is quite nice to be able to park in the same space everyday without somebody jumping in your spot when you've gone out. Never really found out how to make use of the phone in the room or how people call it so that might be useful info to provide! The price of the accommodation is a little steep but the location, reception, and security of the building more than makes up for it! The staff on the front desk are very helpful and will hold parcels for you or even pop them in your room if you are out during reception opening hours. The metro is less than 10 minutes walk away, corner shop 2 minute walk and the centre of town is 15 minutes walk. If you have to travel to coach lane campus for uni, the free bus stops at the back of the property. Perfect for those days you need a bit of a lie in!

Been living here for almost 3 years and have no regrets. Very neat and clean living place including a modern gym in the basement which is a plus side and Common areas are very clean with a free coffee machine. The manager Mr.Bill is an amazing person. who is very helping and active. He solves any problem and makes sure the job gets done 👍. Getting such a manager in this living house is definitely an added advantage. The neighbours hood is a quiet place to sleep. Also not far from Newcastle centre. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is planning to live in Newcastle.

stayed here for almost one year while studying at newcastle university. overall great living space for a studio. however with few shortcomings to take note: 1. Try to book directly instead of via Nest. The pic from nest was quick to arranged tenancy agreement and take ur deposit and full payment while reasurring the delay of tenancy start date in case of delay in uni start date. but when i needed a delay in start date, the pic was never in reach via emails and crm will not be responsible 2. the door is open by scanning the card and are likely to run out of battery at times. even if it is not ur fault it is out of battery during out of office hours, u still have to pay a hefty sum for them to come over and open the door. and if it occurs t night it is more scary when u call up to some rude crm staff :( 3. Only two washing machine and two dryer for the whole building. sometimes ure lucky but sometimes u might have to try your luck a few times so no one is using the only 2 waching machine 4. the most important. even in covid restriction period, there will be a party going on in the weekend around the corner. super noisy and can get up to 2 am sometimes. Overall great place but just be lucky if u wanna have the greatest experience.

Great location and room for my 1 year stay in Newcastle. Rooms are reasonable sized for 1 person. Never had any issues with noise levels or neighbors. Everyone is friendly and professional. All of the staff here are welcoming and can help you out with anything.

This place is good for both students and professionals looking for their own place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, modern and come with an oven which is not always provided in studios. The cupboard space is slightly lacking, it is easy to improvise, there is a a lot space under the beds. For someone who is a light sleeper, the rooms are very quiet and block out a lot of noise. In the building there is a spacious and tidy common room, kitchen/dining area for dinner parties, cinema room, gym, laundry room and car parking. The building is very secure and safe. It is located within a 10-20 minute walk from both Northumbria uni and a lot of the Newcastle uni buildings, which is ideal if you prefer to walk. There is a bus stop a minute away and a metro which is about 5 minutes away. It is very easy to walk/travel to the city centre. The staff on reception are exceptional which really makes this accommodation so amazing, parcels will be safely locked away or even placed inside your room if you request, they really go above and beyond to help you out. I would highly recommend this place.

These apartments are situated in a great location close to Jesmond dene, Heaton park, the quayside and town moor for great walking spots. It is also beside the uni’s, plenty bars as well as a short walk into the city centre itself. The facilities in the building are great. The newly refurbed gym being a particular favourite. There is a receptionist, Bill, who works Monday to Friday 9-5. Bill is a great asset to the building and there is no issue to big or small to approach him with. During his working hours he switches the coffee machine on and residents congregate in the foyer for catchups and working. The building as a hole is very friendly. The studios themselves are spacious for everything you need and are bigger than expected. Photos do not do them justice! 😊

Clean facilities with plenty of useful areas to take advantage of. Concierge and other staff are always polite and helpful no matter what. Overall much better than any halls of residence I have been to and would be comfy for any student, if you can cover the rent.
