My daughter stayed here during her last year at Newcatle Uni. When we first arrived we were impressed with the friendly, professional team working there who helped move in her belongings. The rooms were great - clean, tidy and suitably furnished. Our daughter loved staying there. As parents we felt reassured that she was safe, particularly as we lived 3 hours drive away. We know she made some great friends while she was there including the team. Anything that needed to be repaired (leaking tap) was sorted quickly and with no fuss. Also, with the Covid-19 outbreak they have done a great job in making sure everyone is okay in a Covid-secure environment. Another plus point is that it's within easy walking distance of the City Centre and the Universities.

By far the best out of the three student accommodations I have stayed in during my university years! Joe & his team are second to none! Really friendly approachable team and really quick to sort out any issues. Rooms and kitchens are spacious. With flats of 4 available which for me is the perfect number! I have personally had no issues with noise which is great for a 3rd year student like myself and if any maintenance issues do arise Steve is always on hand to not only fix the issue but have a great chat with as well! Would thoroughly recommend!

Really happy with this accomodation, finally after changing accomodations two times the last two years, I finally found this one with very good facilities, really friendly and helpful staff and really cheap compared to others here in Newcastle. Would recommend.

First year living at knoll court - plan on staying here for the remaining 2 years left doing my degree.
Reasons for this:
1) The staff at reception Joe, Dan, Stephen and Dawn are super friendly and approachable! I have a good natter and giggle with them everyday after uni! Nothing is ever too much effort either, they will go above and beyond helping/supporting in anyway they can.
2) Room prices are crazy cheap considering you get your own bathroom. There is also a small gym included for everyone living here, which as far as I’m aware is something quite unique to student accommodation!
3) There are often social gatherings like quizzes which are super fun and usually include prizes along with free beers, pizza and snacks!
4) 10 minute walk into the city centre. And 5 minute walk to the Quayside where there are plenty of amazing places to get a yummy meal and cocktail!

nice staff, bit of a shame about the works that went on during my stay and we were not told about it until after we signed the contract, however this has added a new common room and laundry room, it makes the accommodation look nicer too - other than that the accommodation is clean, everything works as well as it could do. Don't come here if you want to party, it isn't that kind of place, although a lot has gone off in the time that I've been here the staff were quick to crack down on it, including fines and police raids. So be careful if you're coming here expecting to party.
Overall a nice place with a good location right beside the quayside, which is always pleasant to walk down to, especially in the snow.
3/5.
Shout out to Rachel and Amy who are lovely

Good location, about a 10 minute walk to Northumbria University main campus and a 10 minute walk to Newcastle city centre. It is private university accommodation so is better suited for 2nd year students and older as it tends to be quieter and a bit less social compared to university owned acommodation. Although it's quieter, walls are thin so you can often hear what people in the rooms next to you are saying. Though this isn't too bad.
On the positive side, rooms are spacious and come with a double bed and en suite. Kitchens and living area in the flats is also spacious. Flats usually accommodate 5-6 people. And are very secure. Trespassers are HIGHLY unlikely

the staff have looked after me here for two years now and i couldn't have asked for a better accommodation! I now know the staff on a personal level and they are always around to fix any problems immediately and support me any way they can, The building itself is amazing especially for the price you're paying. wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very comfortable environment to live in. The staff are really friendly and have helped me a lot during my transfer to this accommodation from another such as responding to my emails very quickly. Also dealt with problems almost immediately such as replacing the fridge-freezer unexpectedly after I noted the conditions of it on the inventory form.

Possibly the best student accommodation in Newcastle. Prices are low, staff go above and beyond all the time and rooms are amazing, plus it's pretty close to campus and the city!
