Not bad, lots of communal areas and the rooms are nice. However the staff are kinda hit or miss, there are a few at the front desk who are really sweet but there are also some who really just don’t care. They came into our flat without knocking, didn’t tell us why and talk extremely loud as if there aren’t students trying to do their work in the room over, with one of them coming to sit in our flat and play something on their phone very loudly - it’s only when I opened and shut my bathroom door did they stop and leave. There are a couple of guys at the front desk who are either really rude or just watch something on their phone with their earphones in all day. I went to try and pick up a parcel a couple of times and waited for him to notice me, but even when I called to get his attention he didn’t look up or acknowledge me. I live on the ground floor and every night without fail I hear really loud clanging outside and I don’t know where it comes from or what it is, I have also had people knock on my door and run away before like we’re in year 8 or something. The laundry service is also a joke, dunno why I’m spending £8,000 to live here and have to pay £5 every week to do my washing. On the bright side it’s a great location and lucky for me I got a great flatmate but other than that you may be better off staying somewhere else.

My son has been living here for almost 2 years now & he loves it! The accommodation is smart, modern, the rooms are of good size & although it may not the cheapest it is great value for money. Occupants have full use of the gym, music room, cinema room, games room, roof terrace & more.. It is situated in a great location within the town centre so you are never far from any kind of shop you need. The staff are lovely too, they have been great whenever my son has needed them wether it be something general or maintenance of some sort, the security that are there over night are also friendly & do a good job. All staff are always on hand to help. I really do recommend this accommodation & I know my son will be happy & safe to stay there for the next two years.

I am a final year student and have been living in this accommodation since the start of September and I can honestly say it is fantastic! The facilities are amazing! All of the different areas such as the games room, cinema room and karaoke room make it great to interact with new students and enjoy some downtime once I have finished my studies. There are lots of different events they host every night too, such as movie nights, yoga classes and cook nights. All of the staff have been so welcoming and have dealt with any requests we have had immediately. A special mention to Lisa who has gone above and beyond to deal with any of our issues and has made us feel at home from the minute both myself and my friends moved in. She is very friendly and is always looking to improve our experience here, and make the accommodation the best it can possibly be which is really nice to see! The reception team are very friendly in particular Abdul who personally helped us move all of my belongings into my room and is always smiling. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here so far and I am looking forward to the rest of the year!

An absolutely fabulous student accommodation!!, the rooms are very modern and equipped better than some hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Our son is very happy living there, as a parent I was worried about the level of support he would receive, living away from home for the first time. I need not have worried. Lisa and Adam are amazing and supported both Our son, myself and my husband. If your considering Crown place for your child please don’t give it a second thought, it’s amazing from top to bottom. I couldn’t recommend it anymore if I tired.

I've had a great experience at Crown place so far-The accommodation is very big and spacious and there are many facilities available to help boost the student experience e.g. the games room, music room ,even a gym! The staff are very friendly and approachable and the fact there is someone at reception 24/7 makes collecting parcels that much easier :).The staff listen to feedback and are vigilant dealing with any queries you may have, they also try to make your experience as interactive as possible through hosting weekly clubs and activities allowing students to engage with new people and build more friendships. Overall, Crown has something for everybody :)

The appearance of Crown Place Norwich is great. I really like the fact that there are a lot of communal facilities such as a gym, cinema room and karaoke room. The receptionists are very friendly. However, if you are a light sleeper like me, this might not be the place for you. The sound insulation isn't very good as the walls are thin. I can hear the students living above me, next door to me and opposite me so it is quite loud even during the night.

At first, I thought the rent was expensive. £155 at least? Well, thinking back on it... There's an Iceland, Poundland and Wilko 5 minutes away by foot though. (As opposed to Tesco/Asda prices with a £40 minimum) The people here, staff and students, are worth the extra alone. Very easy to make friends here. I've yet to hear any noise, let alone all the construction the other reviews keep talking about (Maybe this was last academic year?) Not had a late delivery from JustEat, Deliveroo, etc. yet. The staff are always giving away free stuff. The staff are human. They have personalities, remember your name and are friendly enough (I say friendly enough because they don't have that too-friendly, "give me all your money" vibe). Free gym, and more communal areas than a kitchen or a garden. There are more reasons, but I think you get the idea. Yeah, I'd say it's worth it.

I’m a first year student and can’t big this place up enough. I’m living the dream staying here as we have everything you need from a cinema room, games room, music room (this is the go to after a night out), gym to table tennis and pool tables you’ll never get bored and have no problem meeting new people. The staff here are amazing everyone is so friendly and always up for a laugh when you walk past reception. I’ve got to big up Lisa she does an amazing job here if you are worried about leaving home then Lisa’s like your replacement mum, she’ll always help you best she can and give you great advice.

Amazing student accommodation, the staff are really helpful and do an amazing job at planning weekly events and keeping us safe within the building, The facilities are great with vast options from the cinema room, music room and games room there is always something to do here. Also the flats are really good. Would highly recommend this place for student accommodation.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the performance of the management team that are running this wonderful building. This place has everything! A gaming room, music room, cinema, board games, pool table, table tennis, the lot. Not to mention the free on site gym that is always open. Crown place is a safe and brilliant place to live. My experience from the beginning has been nothing but exceptional here at Crown Place. At my first viewing back in March I was greated by this lovely and polite lady called Lisa, who has been the greatest help from start to finish. Nomatter what issues or questions came her way she was prepared to help in any way she could. I can only relate to other reviews that mention she is basically a 2nd Mum, because she actually is. She cares for the wellbeing of her residence and would basically do anything for them. So I can't thank her enoough for making my experience so amazing. Then I would like to say a huge thank you to Reece and Leyen, they are both absolutely amazing at their job too, making sure everything runs smoothly and making sure students never have a dull moment here at Crown Place! Also a big shout out to the security, who give up their sleep and weekends to come and look after us. You guys are awesome! For anyone moving to Norwich and studying at UEA and NUA, I can only highly recommend staying here.

I've seen the majority of campus accommodation at UEA and this accommodation overrules them in every single category. Not only are the rooms and the facilities are amazing the staff, especially Lisa are awesome! They always go the further step to make us feel as comfortable as possible! ps. Keitha is by far the best security guy ever!

Everyone’s very friendly, the atmosphere in crown has defiantly made my first year memorable. However the constant construction is obviously annoying but not enough for me to complain and the noise complaints are a major buzz kill. My only complaints with crown is probably the building itself not staff.

The best place to live as a student! So many things to do, you'll never get bored from the cooking class to the games night, there a thing for everybody. I personally find the rooms so sweet and the staffs here are so lovely 😍 It's not as far of the unis 👍

Just dropped off my son to crown place ,fantastic Accommodation great facilities but what has made it very special from the very start is lisa . She has been absolutely fantastic from my initial enquiry to arranging everything including a personal meet and greet. A great place to live with lots to do with friends and a great social atmosphere could not of wished for anywhere better to live during my first year of accommodation, all the staff are also amazing and feel more like your mates than anything else except Lisa who’s been going about me writing this review for weeks😂
