Safe and clean living environment. Offering a lot of equipment is very convenient for the new arrival students. The staff is very nice and helpful. Housekeeper service is great. They keep our room clean and tidy every week. The housekeeper SOM is always very polite and good at cleaning my room.

Great location and services. Hardly 7 minutes from NTU and 5 minutes from the City Centre. The staff is so warm, cooperative and sweet; very helpful and make me feel at home. The cleaning service is one of the best parts because it takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. My room is single occupancy and is just perfect for one person. I was provided new utensils when I checked in and my the appliances like rice cooker, toaster, etc were in good condition. Agneizska and Sam are lovely happy faces to see in the morning, and Paul and Fernando's remarks always put a smile on my face! Good student accommodation. Happy to be here.

Been living here for the past year booked again next year . Absolutely had no problems with any one or anything , most people writing bad reviews or just complaining for no reason are the same kind of people who cant even clean their own plate and have been brought up that they shouldn't even lift a finger . Staff has always been very friendly and the cleaning is fantastic . A coin dispenser in the laundry room would be really helpful . Maybe the uk and many other countries need to bring back conscription and teach people some basic discipline . Its funny how people here write reviews complaining about "the rules" . Think smart and stop complaining. If you want to see how this accommodation is just book a viewing or ask someone who lives their to tell you about it and show you around

I think it is a good place to stay and it is very cheap compared to where I lived last year. One of the things I disliked was that there are several rules, such as, you can't use your own appliances. Also, the stove has a five minute timer, and I get that it's safety and all, but seriously, what can you make in five minutes? The staff is really nice though and they're very friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that reception is available through the night as well. Som, the cleaning lady, is also very friendly and leaves the room in a very good condition. Would have given it three stars if it wasn't for the staff.

Staying in studyinn has been truly wonderful. It’s very nice that they provide everything for us especially for the first time i came here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room service is amazing, they keep our room clean everyday and Monika the housekeeper has been very polite and kind in cleaning up my room. Great student accommodation located in the city centre but away from the noise. Housekeeping service is excellent, Ermelinda and Monika, my assigned housekeepers do a wonderful and meticulous cleaning each time! Accommodation is well looked after and very secure and the managers are very friendly and caring. A lot of thought and effort is put into student welfare :) Highly recommend!

I left study inn after my first year of university and it was the biggest mistake ever. I returned in my final year and I am so glad that I did. The services are splendid especially the cleaning of rooms. My housekeeper, mrs somporn, always makes sure that my room is spotless which makes it easier for me to focus on studying and worry less about cleaning.

A brilliant location in the centre of the City, great facilities with great staff all round, large studio rooms with good storage space and an ensuite in the rooms. One of the best student accommodations in Nottingham. Before booking my studio here, had come across reviews that were confusing about Study Inn and it’s management but, decided to give it a try and, to my surprise everything was much more than expected- location, staff and hospitality at its best ! The best part about this accommodation is it’s room cleaning services. Special Thanks to Paul, Akhil, Fernando, Joana and Monika for making my stay at Study Inn, Nottingham wonderful!!

I was waiting until I got my deposit back to write this; I was initially told I would receive it within 28 days of checking out, though here I am finally getting it nearly two months later. The best thing about this place is the location, as it is a five-minute walk to the NTU City Campus, less than that to Rock City, around five minutes walk to Old Market Square, and there is a tram stop just down the street. The weekly cleanings are really nice to have, and the woman who cleaned my room, Agnieszka, was lovely & did a great job. Good facilities in the building and the fact that you needed a key-card to get into the building and hallways made sure you felt safe at all times. On top of this, it is a little cheaper than the other student studio rooms I had seen, especially if you book while they have a deal on. In terms of things that let the place down for me, one was that there wasn't much transparency. For example, it was rare that I was notified beforehand when maintenance or other staff needed to come into my room; I would often be woken up by a knock on the door and that would be the first I'd heard of it. Another example would be when I had actually received an email informing me of a maintenance team coming in when in actual fact it was a prospective student coming to view my room. A simple thing such as sending a quick, truthful email the night before these visits would have gone a long way in making us feel more at home. The lack of ovens in the rooms was annoying, though not much can easily be done about that. The worst thing about my experience here would have to be when I left Nottingham after my exams had finished, but had booked a day with Study Inn to come back and check out a couple of weeks after. When I came back to grab the things I'd left in my room and check out, both my and my boyfriend's rooms had been cleared of all of our possessions without warning and donated, with them only managing to retrieve a few tins of food when they were confronted about it. Our losses were compensated and hopefully they've learned from this, but make sure you've insured your room/belongings if you decide to stay with Study Inn.

Great accommodation for students directly next to the city. Friendly staff and security onsite 24/7. Amazing facilities such as a gym and lounge area. Definitely recommended for couples for couples as you can live and share the price instead of paying the full cost each. Very close to NTU city campus and transport links. Room is cleaned once every 2 weeks and clean towels every week. For the negatives, it isn't great if you have a car. There is no parking on site so a street parking permit is required which costs around £585 for a year and spaces aren't always guaranteed since it is always full up 11~2. Also washing amd drying costs quite a bit. Currently £2.60 per wash and £1.50 per dry. Also, living here gives the feeling you aren't trusted much as a student since, if you have a kitchen with the room, there is a button to turn power on to all kitchen appliances for approximately 7 minutes before it needs to be switched on again. Not ideal when using the microwave or hob. Overall though i do think this is a good accommodation

Study Inn is good accommodation, because they have cleaning room every weeks and their staffs help me always. However, the heaters in the room is not good, too small and not hot enough, furthermore Study Inn does not allow student use own heater. Study Inn should change new heater to bigger or allow student use own heater.

The accomodation is good, at the city center. The building is modern and facilities are up-to-date. When I move in, all necessary stuff are already there. There is also housekeeping service and towels are replaced once a week. Staff are really friendly and supportive!!!

Love study inn, best accommodation in notts, great facilities, here for the first year and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Greats access into the Center and Nottingham Trent uni, as well as a buss stop right outside for uni of students. They host a load of events and put a lot of time into caring for the tenants. Would recommended over any other.

I stayed here for 2 years and I can say that this accomodation has pros and cons depending on people: Cons: - Small rooms - A lot of items prohibited (consequently you can't feel "at home") - The staff have the right to enter your room whenever they want (no privacy) - Teeny-tiny kitchen (if you like cooking you better look somewhere else) - I liked working out, but the gym was tiny with no windows, so you can't breath there. Pros: - The accommodation is Very convenient, close to everything, as it's in the city center, you can reach everything by feet. - 24/7 Security + CCTV so it's very secure - The management team is here for you all the time - The housekeeping service is great so no worries - Towels,hair dryer, beddings and kitchen essentias are all provided, no need to buy them. - the conference room is great for quiet late night studying for exams. Finally I can say that this accommodation have great facilities if you're looking for somewhere to stay for one year or so, but for a longer period you probably want to have your own place.

No oven in accomodation. Electric hob with microwave grill. Sizeable room, somewhat quiet depending on people on the floor. Cold in the winter but in this year's summer weather it's unbearably hot with poor ventilation in hall ways. Nice staff with very friendly security at night (show respect get respect). I wouldn't recommend for first year but may be suitable for 3rd years or post graduates if you want a private room. Some of the images uploaded for the Nottingham study inn are not true by the way and show other study inn accomodation (lounge room, reception, Studio rooms look the same). After carrying a thourough search for an accommodation, Study Inn (sis at Clarendon Street) emerged as topper in my list. This is attributable to three main reason; it is located less than 5 mins walk from the NTU City Campus (Newton and Arkwright), house-keeping service being effected once per week and a irreproachable 24/7 watchman and CCTV surveillance. Study Inn ticks all the box that demanding students and parents are looking for.

Most of all, i really liked the service that they provide from cleaning to changing bed sheets. Thanks!! I will really miss this place and all the people!! I think it would be good if we asked for a spacious room and made a good contract. First of all, if you have a year or two, you don't need to buy any chores, irons, hair dryers, microwaves, etc. in the first place, it's good to use them and go out, and you change bed sheets every week, change towels, and do it like a room cleaning hotel! Hot summer is actually similar to any dormitory, so it's better to avoid direct sunlight. Winter is a little cold, but it is not as cold as Korea. All the staff are friendly and I live well for 2 years before leaving! Oh, but the most dissatisfied thing is the laundry room ㅠ It is worth mentioning at the reception that the washing machine breaks down frequently and the washing machine is not hygienic. However, I don't think there will be a place where private flats or other dormitories are also very tightly managed with washing machines... This is for reference only! I will really miss this place and all the people!! 넓은방을 요구해서 계약을 잘 하면 좋을 듯 합니당. 일단 1년이나 2년있으시는 분들은 애초에 자질구레한 그릇, 다리미, 헤어드라이어기, 전자렌지 등등 살 필요없이 쓰다가 나가면 좋구요, 그리고 매주 침대시트 갈아주고 수건도 갈아주고 방청소 호텔처럼 해줍니다! 여름이 더운건 사실 어느 기숙사나 비슷한데, 그래서 햇빛이 바로 들어오는 방향은 피하시는게 낫구요. 겨울은 조금 춥긴 하지만 한국처럼 막 춥지 않습니다. 스탭들이 다 친절하고 저는 2년 잘 살다가 나갑니당! 아 다만 제일 조금 불만이엇던건 세탁실입니다 ㅠ 자주 고장나고 세탁기 위생관리가안되는건 아마 리셉션에 언급해야할듯 합니다. 하지만 개인 플랏이나 다른 기숙사도 세탁기 엄청 빡시게 관리하는 곳은 없을거라 생각하므로... 이건 참고용으로 언급합니당!
