Really friendly and helpful staff. Security made me feel very safe. Fantastic communal area with a vending machine, coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine, suitable for study tables and a TV/ lounge area. A good gym, spacious courtyard and more fantastic facilities. Modern building, rooms with lots of storage and a large kitchen/launge area (including a big TV). Themed nights such as "Taco Tuesday" create a real sense of a community. Minutes away from the city and the uni campus, bus stops near for anyone travelling further. Overall made living away from home very enjoyable, would highly recommend!

A modern and stylish accommodation which is located just a minutes walk away from the city centre. The staff are always happy to help and ensure safety and comfort of everyone living here. Themed nights in like ‘Taco Tuesday’ or the ‘Christmas quiz’ give Sandhills a real sense of community with everyone having the opportunity to join in. Finally it is equipped with a Cardio Studio as well as a safe and spacious study area for all the university students. It is the full package and a luxurious place to live, I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been living at Sandhills since September 2020 and it has been brilliant. Great location, very close to town. They held activities to get to know our flatmates and that totally helped with the transition to Uni especially during corona. Overall a great place to live and the rooms are wonderful.

Living here has been amazing and has allowed the transition from living at home to living at uni to be very easy. The modern building feels so luxurious and I always feel safe, staff are lovely and very helpful. Also the Sorting out of maintenance issues are very timely, overall a great experience:)

The best accommodation for students looking to live in the city. It is amazing value for money with free gym facilities, washer dryers and large smart tvs included in every flat. Unipol has been great with sorting out any issues that I have had and have organised multiple events such as mexican night with free taco kits and wine for each flat. I would highly recommend signing with Sandhills.

I have lived at Sandhills since September of 2020 and my experience at the Unipol accommodation has been amazing, even despite lockdown restrictions. Jacub and the Team at Sandhills have gone above and beyond to make our stay fun and enjoyable, hosting online zoom quizzes and doing group multiple cooking tutorials. The location is amazing for university students, walking distance to Nottingham Trent and the hopper bus stops directly outside for students from the university of Nottingham. The on site gym is super convenient, allowing students to fit exercise in around their busy schedules and the study areas provide a nice change of scenery from the flat rooms. Each kitchen has a washing machine which is very convenient and the bedrooms are both modern and homely. I would recommend this to any student looking for accommodation within the city.

This accommodation is great value for money with access to lots of facilities and is in a great location, ideal for those moving to Nottingham for the first time. There is lots of transport links within a short walking distance to NTU/UON campuses. I always feel safe here and the staff are really helpful. I recommend to stay here if you are looking for student accommodation. Unipol have been great so I have decided to stay with them next year. :)

Sandhills is a great accommodation. The location is central and only a short walk from NTU campus. I always feel safe here and the flats are so modern and homely! Unipol always go above and beyond to ensure tenants are satisfied.

nice accom, big study space, always do fun things like ‘taco tuesday’ and giving free colouring books. Only complaint is the fact that maintenance takes forever - my flats washing machine was broken and it took them about 2 months to come and sort it out. My radiator has been broken for about 3 weeks now, I was told it would be fixed on by the 9th (6 days ago) and no one has fixed it or even given any updates.

Great place to live full of 1st years to 3rd. Since it’s a new accom it’s very clean and nice. They have different colours for each floor which is creative and cool. There is also a coffee machine and vending machine for us also got with a cardio studio (gym) which we can use freely.
