E. K.Very basic. No on site concierge as they are remote but we’re easily reachable over the phone. The room was not in best condition, parts of the room were dusty and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Basic kitchen items missing from the kitchen such as bowls and coffee cups.
a. k.I am happy to find this accommodation. it has friendly and supportive staffs. it is close to university and shops. you can easily access to everywhere. it is a clean place with all you need.

The accommodation was as described and in great condition( I stayed in the deluxe studio on the 4th floor). Bright and airy, with wonderful large windows with smooth blinds.
Wi-FI was decent throughout my stay with strong reception throughout.
Key fob access throughout the building which added a level of security and peace of mind.
Upon check-in I phoned the number given on booking and I was kindly assisted and talked through the check-in process. Excellent service provision on managements part.
Great location with a short walk into Nottingham centre.
CON:
Some of the cutlery didn’t look new, or even clean in my room, but that was a relatively small issue as far as I was concerned.
The sound proofing in the room could be improved. It was very easy to hear others coming’s and going’s via the corridor.
Overall, a very good stay at a reasonable price. I Would definitely stay again.
I. K.I couldn’t think of a better accommodation for students in Nottingham.
Long story short my daughter moved to the Stanley house, after a horrible experience in an other student house not far from it. At last I can be peaceful for the life quality of my kid. Excellent located, with high standard rooms, and the customer service seamless.

K. F.Had an absolutely fantastic viewing here this week with our eldest. Stunning finish and great balance of options in terms of room / finishes catered well to variety of requirements. Fantastic agents / owners showing us around, very reasonable costing for such a central well connected location (can walk everywhere needed realistically / Nottingham Bus Network seems to be one of the best for further campus trips). Our son really looking forward to his moving in date. 5 Star start - Thanks all involved!!
j. s.Perfect accommodation in a perfect spot bang in the City centre. Rooms are top notch with all the necessary essentials we require to feel totally at ease. Stayed in other places but here wins hands down all day (and night😉).
