A. R.The location is perfect. It is at the center of everything apart from the train station which is about 20mins walk from there. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend to any student looking for a nie studio.

H. K.Review from parent's POV. Ideal accommodation for a first year University student. Decent size room with ensuite with shared kitchen. Be prepared for the move in day as its chaotic! One lift in the place and security/reception staff seem helpful. Once inside the accommodation, its clean and has all the amenities ie laundry room with dryers. Nice outside area with few benches to sit on. Three quarterly all inclusive payments so no need to worry about any additional bills. All in all, well worth considering the accommodation a first year student, secure, fully inclusive, close to all amenities and right in the centre of hustle and bustle!!
K. W.The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, they do things straight away and are always happy without a doubt and very willing to help.Hallways are always clean due to great cleaners. The lighting in the rooms is new and most things are up to a high standard, if they aren't its no fault of the members of staff. The only thing that could be improved is the paint jobs in the rooms and kitchens. Other than that great, Thanks.
It is also in the heart of the city center so a very short walk to everything.

- The staff are always very courteous, helpful, friendly and responsive to any inquires or requests made by all tenants.
- Affordable rent prices, that have reasonable variations based on the types of rooms.
- Reliable Wifi
- Centrally based in the town city centre, resulting in more convenience on the grounds of locality for the campus, stores, shopping centre, gym, transport stations and clubs. Providing a much easier environment to settle into.
- Professional 24 hour security, that can be trusted.
- Proactively running social events that engage students to make new friends, work together harmoniously on projects that improve the quality of life for all tenants, and ultimately provides many rewarding incentives for the students in exchange for their loyalty.
Overall, a very lovely accommodation I have had the privilege of reviewing! If this review were to leave ones questions still unanswered, I am confident the team will be obliged to provide their assistance.

T.It's the most central place to live, right next to the uni. Full of students!
C. G.Where to start....I have stayed here 2 years on the trott, and would stay a 3rd year, however the experience is to venutre out to a house with friends and so that's where I am heading. The accommodation itself is in the heart of Nottingham with all necessary bus stops on the doorstep, even more so the fact that everything is in easy reach. It's like home from home. "G" is like a second mum, friend and manager, although most of us loyal students miss her being on the front desk. She's the face of Trinity, always bearing a smile and time for us no matter what. Her persona is so approachable we pass by just to say HI. Staff in general seem to be as happy too, Maintenance team on hand to see to any issues when they arise, cleaners I guess leave a lot to be desired in more ways than one. Get some stay who are alive and engaging not smooching about the place without a care in the world. Security are helpful although there is a grumpy guard, but I guess that's his age. Rooms are spacious with the essential furniture, staff on site 24 hours, help in any form or shape available from the lovely lady who i've known as the receptionist and now management - works all hours God sends, together with a fab maintenance team who come to your beck and call. Downside is the price! This is student accommodation not Hilton Hotel!

The location cannot be beaten, being right in the heart of Nottingham, and only a minute away from NTU.
