R.This building is the previous Royal Mail depot,and is now run by the University of Plymouth after a major refit, it provides teaching classrooms over 3 levels with on site facilities, restaurant toilets and disable access via all levels via a large lift. It is very close to the Plymouth train station and City centre.

N. C.Don't know the building but I use the Uni permit only car park. It's got lots of rectangular spaces marked out that unsurprising are the size for parking a car.
