This building is part of the accommodation block that are halls of residence for 1st year students. Attached to the building is Drake's Cafe, where they do meals and snacks as well as serving Coffee and tea. It is open to everyone.

Decent enough halls, frustrating experience due to the building work being done, the fire alarms being temperamental (and the unnecessary amount of tests) and the living space being a little underwhelming for the price

Best place to stay while studying. Modern and on campus

Lived here for the second and third semester of freshers. I moved from Saint Thomas and found it to be much better to be on campus. All the staff are very friendly and there is cleaning once a week. They also collect your trash and respond fairly well to maintenance problems. I have to admit the mattresses are quite poor quality, and the price is very expensive. Compared to all the other halls though it's mid range price. Most flats you share between 10 people which is quite alot, but in return you get a huge kitchen which is brilliant for having friends over and pre drinking. For the price I probably would have expected a double bed, but then again it's freshers and we're only here till July.

Absolutely one of the best halls located inside/near campus. But for that price i would have expected more than what’s offered.
