The move into my new apartment has been super easy and smooth thanks to Student choice. From the viewing to picking up the keys, everyone at Student Choice has been really friendly and helpful, especially Jordan and Sharnie. If you're a student in Plymouth, I would definitely recommend this service!

I've lived in their housing for a year. The student housing they offer is quite cheap and affordable, the houseshares are quitw comfortable, the downside, they aren't very organised and often seem somewhat, amateurish. The staff seem friendly too, and for an estate agent it is good face to face customer service. However the major area for improvement for this company comes with their need for more effective communication, if they were to be more proactive in communicating with the different parts of their backstage part of the company that the student residents don't see, they would be perfect. On the whole, worth it for the price for the Unemployed student on a budget.

I've had a lovely experience with all the staff at student choice. They're very responsive to emails and fix issues with the house relatively quickly. The sales manager, Jordan, has been particularly delightful to work with. :)

Myself and my partner have been with Student Choice for the past 3 years and we could not be more than happy with our experience. This is the first time we have lived alone and the staff were very friendly to us and made us feel welcome. If we ever had any issues, we would email and get a response quickly after, and we were always given plenty of notice about any visits that were taking place in the property. I would absolutely recommend Student Choice, especially to students who are looking for a simple process, and where bills and rent are all tied into one price.

Me and my flat mate rented with student choice this year very last minute and they did every thing they could to ensure that we got the best flat possible, we are so in love with our flat but we were intrigued by the wide variety of flats they had to offer for next year so have booked another flat with them for 2020 which they added on to our viewing list as it met our requirements, it’s a beautiful modern flat at a great price and I couldn’t be happier with the service they have given us and we’re not even half way through the year! The maintenance team are spot on and Jordan has helped us so much with any issues we’ve had in the quickest time possible! Their reception staff are impeccable with their replies and Jenita has helped us out so much along the way, could not recommend them anymore!

Really enjoyed dealing with Student Choice, from the start of my 2 year tenancy I received excellent customer service until the end. Anytime anything went wrong in my flat I just called them up and it was dealt with super fast, nothing was ever to much trouble! I’m only a few days into living in a Student Choice flat but so far, they have been very helpful and friendly. The flay is lovely and any maintenance problems have been fixed promptly. When I asked to swap my room for an empty room in my flat (which cost the same weekly to rent), they happily made the swap with no issue. They are happy to try and accommodate their tenant’s needs.

Ive just started my third year as a student nurse and I wanted a house that I would be happy in, because my previous houses have just been awful! I’m over the moon with our house, it’s just perfect! Everything is in amazing condition and it’s a beautiful house! We’ve had a brand new kitchen and garden put in and the bathroom is in such good condition it’s like a hotel! Everyone that I have spoken to at student choice has been really welcoming and accommodating, especially Jenita! These last two years I’ve ended up with really bad letting agencies and problem after problem so I’m so happy to finally feel settled! With the other letting agencies I was just thrown a key ( even this was a struggle to get at some agencies ) then left to my own devices! But with student choice they have nice little touches such as the lanyard, vouchers and discount codes you receive when you collect your key! I highly recommend student Choice 🤩

Student Choice are by far the best letting agency I’ve had the pleasure of signing with. A rather peculiar and unfortunate situation arose meaning we had to move houses. Jordan and Lougas saw us through our moving, they acted in a very professional manner and ensured our best interests were their priority. They showed us an array of houses that suited our needs and were on call whenever we needed. Both are truly a credit to student choice and I will be more than happy to sign through Student Choice again next year.

We contacted Student Choice last week when we discovered a leak coming in through our roof after the recent bad weather. The very next day they had a roofer visit the property who did a temporary repair, and after our first bit of proper dry weather this week, he has been back again to do the permanent repair without us having to chase up. Sharnie from the Student Choice team has been a massive help and kept us up to date on the repair progress throughout so a really big thank you to her!
