a. w.My daughter moved in yesterday. Very helpful staff. I didn't look round much of the facilities as was busy setting up flat etc. Communal area looked fab. Whole site looked very safe and secure.
J. A.Thank you to the lady at the reception for the delicious pancake with fresh fruits which is offered for free to residents. I also enjoy the parties where you get some grilled things for free.
My room was also spacious, the only problem was that i didn’t receive it in a clean condition which I expected as it was one of the new ones. And i think the washing could be a little cheaper like 2£ instead of 3£ for the economy one. But all in all, it was a good accomodation as it is close to both, the university and the city centre and the staff is really engaged to make your stay a pleasant one.
M. Z.I've been here for a year and will be staying during my masters. Great staff, super friendly and very empathetic, don't know why some reviews are bad (I talk to the staff and the guards quite often and they always listen and solve any issues that come up). If anything needs fixing most fo the time it'll be done on the same day. Cheapest and best place I've found during my 3 years of uni. Plenty of extra things included like a gym, cinema, vending machine, back yard with benches, laundry room, gaming room, common space with a billirad table (altough most of those I didn't get to use due to Covid, hopefully they'll be open next uni year).
B.Great customer service. Can't fault the staff and the cleaners. Went into pay my deposit for starting next year and they made me feel very welcome. Answered all my questions. Becky was lovely to talk to and helped with anything I needed. Great vibe from the place. Can't wait to start in September
J. C.I have awarded 3 stars for the staff they where friendly and professional. My stay was not a good experience due to the poor insulation between my ground floor room and the person upstairs who went out of their way to wake me up late night and early morning by banging on the floor.
D. M.The WiFi is Ok and the fire alarm was faulty when I was staying there. Overall though the room is amazing for the price you pay and it's in a perfect location between the city centre, the university and the train station
