Having lived here for a year already moving into my second, Canterbury has always looked out for both me and my boyfriend. They've been incredibly accommodating to us, especially as I have a disability, and the staff are always lovely. There's events on every week and there very engaging with their students and even free stuff from time to time. I'm happy to be staying here another year.

As a mother of an international student, and my interest in getting the best for my son, I searched, read, compared, questioned, and followed up the students’ opinion of their housing. I found Canterbury is the best, a new building. Clean and tidy rooms with everything the student needs. The most important thing is to give complete privacy to him, starting with a bedroom with a spacious bed, desk, shelves, screen, private bathroom and kitchen with integrated cupboards, a cooker and a refrigerator. The housing itself is clean, quiet and honest. The most beautiful of all is the same team of officials and workers, helpful, cooperative, friendly and smiling. You always find an answer to your question and a solution to your problem without hesitation and delay and with everyone and without discrimination and always present and from speaking to my son I got to know them by name, one by one. Thank you for being with our children in the most beautiful phases of their lives, and for providing a safe and appropriate environment for our children. Thank you Canterbury. This is my second time living at Canterbury Halls and I could not be happier that I chose this accommodation! The atmosphere at Canterbury Halls is incredible. The team always go above & beyond to ensure that I do not have any problems. If you are facing any issues, problems are dealt as quick as possible. There are events that are set up by the staff every week that are worth checking out. Thank you for your help! I appreciate it.

Going into my last year of university I wanted to end my journey in comfort and luxury and I found that at Canterbury hall. The rooms are nice and spacious which is perfect, the facilities are nice and clean, can find everything I need onsite. The staff are nice and friendly which makes living here a nice experience. Definitely recommend if you’re student who likes their own space. 10/10

I've seen quite a lot of places for students to live around preston. But Canterbury Hall is by far the best one I have seen. And I'm more than grateful to live here for my last year at uni. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The building is clean and everything looks modern. And let's not forget the fun events they plan for each month. Another thing I like about Canterbury Hall is - safety. Because entering the building and your own studio, plus all the security cams just makes me feel safe.

The Canterbury Halls has everything what a student needs. Included facilities are awesome and the room is modern with lots of storage space and the bathroom is clean and well sized. The staff at the accommodation are reliable and very helpful! I have a physical difficulty but they gave an amazing support and solution for me which is made this place like HOME. Truly recommend this as your accommodation for studies at university!

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful and I like the fact that whilst they probably have things to do they still take time to talk to you about whatever it may be. The building as a whole is really clean which I am thankful for. The freebies that are given out during the week are a nice addition and I know that if I want to I am able to book out larger leisure or study spaces.

All the staff here are very kind and helpful especially Lee and Ross. Definitely have had a great experience. Rooms are clean and location is very close to the university if you are a student. The calm, positive, and organized ambiance is surely close to feeling like home.

I have lived in Canterbury Hall since March 2022 and have loved every minute. The staff are so friendly and can never do enough to help you if you need anything. Lee and Ross on reception are always there to help with whatever you need, Sue always keeps the accommodation sparkling and super approachable if you need anything & Eric is always on hand for any maintenance problems. Can't imagine living anywhere else whilst I'm studying at UCLan.

I have been staying in Canterbury Halls since the past three years and I love every element of this accommodation.The rooms are very spacious and very nicely planned out with all the basic necessities and amenities that a student will be needing during their college term. The accommodation team is very nice and very humble and takes very good care of you. They respond to all the needs and request that we as students make to them the accommodation manager especially Monique is very kind and goes out of the way to help each and every student in the best possible way.The accommodation team tries to make our experience as easy as possible this is the best accommodation a student can get in Preston. I have stayed in Canterbury for more than two years. When I moved to the United Kingdom in 2019. It was my first student accommodation. I felt like my own home at Canterbury. I love the acommodation so much, leaving it has given me so much pain in my heart. I have been to many more student accommodation but the positivity that I get in Canterbury I haven’t got in any other student Accommodation in the United Kingdom. I want to thank you for giving us students such a wonderful place to stay away from home.

I have only been here for a week or so but everything is really good. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. I have only had a few minor problems so far but everything was sorted efficiently.

I was living in a different accommodation on my first year and I wasn’t that happy as it wasn’t as organised, but I am really happy I found Canterbury Halls. The rooms are a great size, they give each room a TV, I’ve got a massive desk, the shower is a good size and the kitchen is lovely. The building is always clean and the team/management is lovely and always happy to help. My friends are always around as they love how the accommodation is and one of my friends even moved to Canterbury Halls because of how good it is. I moved here on my second year of Uni and now I’ve just started my last year, If I decide to go for MAs, I will be staying here again for sure.

Canterbury Hall has been a brilliant place to live. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the Nurtur Team has been phenomenal. I’ve only been here a few months but it feels like I’ve been here forever and I don’t want to leave (final year of my course so I can’t renew 😭). The events are amazing too they’re so engaging and there’s always something going on around the building. I love it! Just a little edit in response to the comment from the Nurtur Team - I am looking into moving to Sheffield for another degree in the future so you may not be getting rid of me just yet! :D

Love how well everything is managed here! Monique is the best manager any building can ever have! The team is so helpful and kind in supporting us always. Any maintenance issues are addressed very quickly, which is very important to me personally.

My daughter moved to Canterbury Hall in September 2020. Every place has its own pros and cons. When I spoke with the building manager Mr. Mick Horsfield, though there were minor issues, he was very kind, took his time to listen and fix whatever he could do immediately and assured the rest would be taken care off. Just wanted to thank Mr. Mick Horsfield for the reassurance and support, as a parent it gives me an immense peace of mind that we have people like Mr. Mick as a building manager who takes his responsibility with pride.
