Had a fantastic year in Jubilee Court from Sep 2021 to June 2022. I stayed in Flat 29. The room was fresh, nice and clean. Bathroom was amazing, the water pressure in the sink and bath was beyond good. Overall, great size of all the facilities. For the price per week it was the best experience. The team is very caring, understanding and trust-worthy. Just a bunch of friendly people who do their job efficiently and can also have a good chat about life. Wouldn't trade this for anything else.

Myself Karthikeya Mukkamala. I am here for 2 years. Sept 2020 - Sept 2022 Wonderful Jubilee court. Affordable price. Lovely accommodation staff. Great maintenance. Good friends. Okay car parking😉(but Mariette arranged car parking for me almost 1 and half year) Thank you Maritte and each and every one for giving me lots of memories.

Amazing apartment for students, I really loved my stay here , it was peaceful and quiet. Well furnished and very affordable. Less than 5mins walk to the university and the city centre. Lovely and helpful staff team. All round amazing place to stay, I highly recommend.

The accommodation is fantastic, the rooms and bathrooms are great, and the kitchen area is lovely. The extra benefits of the cinema and games room made the accommodation much more appealing. The best part of Jubilee court is the staff. this place would not be the same without Chris and Mariette. They are absolute stars and they honestly made my stay so much better and happier. They resolved each issue our flat had instantly and always made us feel welcome and went above and beyond for us. The 5 star review I give is purely for Chris and Mariette!

Stayed here as a Uclan Student from Sept 2019 - July 2021 (flat 29 is the best! 🤣) and yes there was difficult times with company changeovers and other things here and there but I never ever felt like I was left on my own. The management team have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my home away from home was the very best it could be. one thing I kept saying to my flat mates before leaving was I wish that I could’ve picked Jubilee up and moved it to wherever we live next because oh yeah, We’re all staying together and moving in together in the big wide world, thanks Mariette and the rest of the brilliant Jubilee management for the amazing memories that will last a lifetime! For those interested in what you get the rooms are a brilliant size and where as the internet wasn’t perfect, it was still way better than anywhere else I lived in Preston. En-suite bathrooms were brilliant with good quality showers. Living rooms were a good size and they come with TVs already installed that have extra HDMI sockets on for plugging in PlayStations (as my flat did! 🤣) or anything else in that manner. I would get hear quick before everyone finds out and the prices go up! ✌🏻

Postgraduate student who stayed in a studio flat for two years. Very comfortable living for a very reasonable price. No issues at all with the room. Marriette (Manager) has been wonderful. She genuinely looks after her tenants from the goodness of her heart and goes the extra mile for you. Any issues that you may have, you can rest assured that someone does care and will hear you out. Would definitely recommend!

The building work is all done and management changed hands a couple of years ago so all related negative comments no longer need to be taken into account. All the staff are wonderful and friendly! The managers, Chris and Mariette, reply within minutes if not seconds, and will be in your flat straight away if there is any issues. The best and most hilarious managers I’ve ever met. The flats still look so new and clean and the lounge/kitchen have a Smart TV and comfortable sofas. I have seen all the rooms and they are all great, the best student halls for quality and price in all of Preston! I’m staying in my basic en-suite again next year!

Having stayed in Jubilee Court for this year, I have throughly enjoyed every moment. Yes it has had its issues, but the staff (both office and RCs) are all absolutely lovely, supportive and really cared for us during it all. The rooms are a good size and living in a 6 bedroom flat on top floor we had a large kitchen which was absolutely amazing! Best kitchen I've ever had in student accommodation! The issues that have been mentioned below are getting all sorted and next year I have no doubt it will be a brilliant place to live! ... x

Having lived here for a year now, I have been able to experience both the positives and the negatives of this accommodation. To start off , yes we had issues with the main power but have been given support and compensation for this and the main power is due on the 26th of may. Now the positives. The communication of the great staff is superb, everything goes through email and you can get support 24/7. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can have a good laugh with them too. They will always try to make sure the students get the support they need, even if it's only a small thing such as a cup of tea. The flats are brand new and clean and the lounge/kitchen have a Smart TV, a comfortable coach and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The rooms are great too, I have seen both the large ensuite as well as the normal ensuite and both are clean, spacious but at the same time feel very warm and comfortable. There is even space underneath the Double bed to store stuff. So do the price it's definitly worth it. There is parking available , and the games room offers the students the opportunity to play pool or table tennis. There is also a fantastic cinema room available which is great for those Football nights. Overall I am very happy and I am returning next year and recommended it to my friends.

Obviously they are newly built accommodation and they do look quite nice out and inside. There are allocated parking spaces inside the yard which from stern warnings from residents aren't for guests as the car park is strictly monitored "24/7". Most of the flats are 5-6 bed. As modern as the flats look, they seem to have been built with cheap materials. Example, I spent significant time in one of the flats in the 3rd block as we had a group assignment to do. The table in kitchen was very unsteady as two of the legs were wobbly. This came as a surprise as I assumed every bit of furniture would have been new and satisfactory quality. The accommodation has a lift in each block which is convenient especially when carrying luggage.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, going on to my 3rd. I absolutely adore it here, the staff are second to none and will do anything to help you. The rooms are spacious and modern and the kitchens are huge. Definitely a home from home.
