T. X.I had a few issues with Greenpad staff who when I first lived here. However, it's never stopped me from the comfort of living here. Close to shops, bars and facilities that are within walking reach. Town is not too far either and have a choice of Hanley or Newcastle. Most students I've come across have been extremely nice here and lots of conversation in the common room. I really enjoy living here. The only downside is, the cost of the rooms. It takes a huge chunk of student finance so I suggest you plan your ingoings and out very carefully to ensure you can afford it here. The WiFi sometimes goes down too which can be a pain if you game like me 🤣 other than that, it is a nice place to live!! x

The fire alarm is a real issue, it goes off atleast 3 times a week for 5-10 mins at a time. Absolute nightmare. Might prevent me staying here next year, there seems to be no real haste to change it.
Not to mention apparently the fire officer can unlock your door whenever he wants to check the fire alarm is working, needless to say this is humorous and extremely irritating...
Other than that, good internet and good facilities.

T. D.It's student halls with great shops for food close . You have a gym on site and a common room at well. You have your own kitchen in your room so no sharing kitchen space with others
