Really nice looking student flats - well thought out and well planned. The location is great, just off the city centre, right by the Marina and River Take with a Tesco Express and a large Sainsbury's almost on the doorstep. Brad took time out of his leave to show us around and it was greatly appreciated. The photos are from a premium room. Really nice space, and as another reviewer has pointed out, the shower has a door not a curtain!

An incredible place and located in a very good area, it is three minutes walk from the city and supermarkets. It is very well connected since it has several bus stops next to it and it is in the Marina so you can walk anywhere. To get to Bay campus or Singleton it takes about 10 minutes by bus and 20 by bike. The apartments are beautiful, very spacious and with spectacular views. It also has a lot of facilities such as a movie theater, gym, laundry, etc. It is one of the best accomodations in Swansea.

The accommodation looks really nice and modern. The way the rooms are designed makes them feel spacious especially in comparison to other private accommodations in Swansea, it is clear to me that a lot thought went into the building and layout of the place. The booking process was also smooth too, especially since I booked late. Brad was also very helpful. Looking forward to staying in September.

Really lovely accommodation and extremely spacious and cheap for the location and all the added amenities. Brad has been brilliant so far and has been more than accommodating with my medical needs and has even gone as far as to secure me a slightly bigger room to suit my own needs. Beautiful place, very spacious rooms with brand new facilities and loads of storage, even the beds have storage. Every room has an en suite with a decent size shower. The staff has been very helpful with all the aspects of the booking. My daughter is so looking forward to moving in in September.

As parents, we were pleased to find Crown Place, Swansea. It is in a perfect location, midway between Bay and Singleton campus'. Being very close to shops and town centre will also appeal to students. We were given a guided tour of the show flat by Brad. He showed us a few different categories of rooms. There seems to be a layout to suit everyone. The communal dining/kitchen room was fabulous. Lots of cupboard space, sufficient fridge/freezers, and even a dishwasher! There was also a comfortable, relaxing living room. Other social facilities will be available. All in all, I am very happy that my son will have such a great place to live and study next year.

As a third year student who stayed on campus from day one of my degree, moving into private accommodation was an unsettling decision for myself as I became comfortable with where I had been for three years. But with a massive thanks to Brad who has been constantly attentive with questions and queries, he sold the room for me by being so considerate with regards to previous and upcoming offers. Arranging a viewing was really simple and would definitely recommend doing. During the viewing I did not feel pressured to be quick. Brad allowed me to browse at my own pace and then discuss pricing, options, availability and university after. The accommodation is really modern with a lot of facilities to offer and a perfect central location for shops as well as all campus' amongst Swansea. I booked my room with confidence on the same day I viewed the show flats and am really excited to be moving into the Crown Place in September. Would definitely recommend this place.

We looked at Crown Place back in April and the flats are modern and spacious with great facilities including a gym and cinema room. The location is perfect and very handy for the campuses and there is a giant Sainsburys opposite. Very attractive setting on the marina with cycle paths and beach just a stone’s throw. Brad, the Manager and Organiser is extremely helpful and efficient and really goes out of his way to help with arrangements. We really cannot fault the organisation and communication. Many thanks Brad!

The place is located by the gorgeous marina which is great and very close to city centre. Very modern decorations and best facilities to be provided. Heard there will also be a cafe opening up by the place for the students and is close to so many restaurants and shops.

Amazing accommodation for students studying at Swansea University. It's located in a great area with amazing views and scenery, as well as being situated in the centre of town. It's convenient for students with all the shops being within walking distance. Being a brand new accommodation, the en-suite rooms are modern with a stunning interior design, perfect for students. The manager, Brad, was excellent with all enquires that I had when I went to view. I look forward to staying here in September :)

Stunning looking student accommodation flats located right in the city centre on the marina with beautiful views. It has a large sainsburys located right across the road and within a 5 minute ward is parc tawe including lidl, aldi and other shops. The rooms are great size very nicely arranged and Brad is more than happy to help with any issues.

I was initally skeptical about the reviews on here about this place, considering the majority only had one or two reviews, plus I knew that the student accomodation isn't complete (at time of writing). I have, however, been proved wrong of my doubts. Firstly, the building (albeit incomplete) is perfectly located for Bay campus and UWTSD students, being on the Marina and a stone's throw away from pretty much anything. Secondly, just as everybody has mentioned, Brad is the most wonderful show room host I have come across - the other reviews are true! He was polite, so helpful had no problem answering all of my queries; even going above and beyond to reassure any concerns I had pertaining to the the construction of the sites and room preferences. I left feeling well-informed and confident to make a clear decision on my housing for the upcoming academic year. The only reason I am not giving Crown Place 5 stars is because the building is not complete, and for obvious reasons I cannot get reviews from previous tenants for a well-rounded perspective.

I have recently booked my accomadation with CRM, crown place as I was browsing through and have found it to be the best by far offered within UWTSD, and university of Swansea range, as it’s so close and is currently being completed within the next weeks, I was greeted and shown around the show flat by Mandy, in which she really went into depth giving the tour and was very pleasant answering any queries I had regarding the building and which spec studio I was choosing which were very well spaced and looked amazing. 5/5 brilliant service and views overlooking the River Tawe and Marina which is beautiful On a sunny day. Very convenient with the city centre so close, and on top am Aldi and sainsburys right next to the building aswell within a 2 minute walk.

There is a crazy amount of documents and procedures that needs to be done before renting if you need a guarantor, but fortunately the staff is very helpful, especially Brad who was responsive, and eager to help. The accommodation is up to the standard of the pictures, it’s cozy and modern at the same time, plus its location is fantastic; equal distance to Bay and Singleton Campuses. It is close to Parc Tawe which has a lot of shops like Aldi and Lidl. There is a bus stop right outside the building; if you take bus 9 it takes you straight to Singleton Campus.

There are a lot of stores nearby that you can get to easily as well as a bus stop on the other side of the road that takes you to the different campuses- it’s perfectly situated. The area is super convenient, there are bus stops that go to both Bay and Singleton Campus and UWTSD is only 2mins away. The rooms are gorgeous and the benefits that come with them, like the free gym and social areas, are well worth the price.

Crown place is amazing, it has a waterfront and its really close to big shops like tescos and sainsburys and the bis stops so its really easy to get to uni and where you need to go. And the rooms are really nice and well furnished. Also the shower has a door which is great lol no more curtains. They also have a games, karaoke, study and cinema room and also a free gym which is seriously awesome and honesty i highly reccommend it here.
