L.Lived with GLC for 2 years and have absolutely zero complaints. The housing is very affordable yet still maintains a high standard. It doesn't have the gratuitous glitz and glam of other accommodations, but where it lacks in slides and smoothie bars (who really needs those anyway?) it makes up for in comfort and attentiveness. The family-run aspect shines through in their responsiveness and sincere concern for those in their properties. My bedroom in the Chambers was spacious and bright, by far the largest room I've stayed in during my university career. Bathrooms and kitchen space were ample with any maintenance issues quickly dealt with. Extra ammenties such as the bike store and terrace space lent themselves to a safe and social atmosphere. GLC is a perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable, communal, and trouble-free uni living experience.

L.I was going to be moving into a GLC property in the following academic year, however; it was revealed at a late date that I would not be able to share the room with my partner, even though it was initially advertised to me that it would be okay. As a result of this I chose to opted out of my tenancy agreement and went about finding out what my release policy would be, as this was not outlined in the contract. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and understanding of my correspondent from the letting agency, who did offer me alternative accommodation elsewhere in Swansea for a similar price to what I would have paid. Even though I did not choose the alternative offers, the correspondent was still polite and helpful, and my contract with GLC was swiftly terminated with great ease and reassurance, and no unexpected fee.
C.If you're looking for an affordable and nice place tp stay, GLC is the one! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the rooms are of good quality, it is situated in the centre of town for easy access to shops and the team that run the building are very quick to respond and are lovely!

E. B.I have rented my room through GLC In September 2020. Their offer was very attractive with beautiful, bright rooms in modern flats. The price is fair in comparison to the quality of the accommodation and the service provided by the GLC agency. Since I am a foreign student it was helpful to have wonderful agent who supported me and my flat mates. Even though everyone is struggling during the pandemic they are very supportive of their tenants. Claire who is a new agent is making sure everyone is alright during this difficult time. She is a huge asset to GLC. I have had only good experience with the agency and am planning on staying with them for the next 2 years until I finish my course.

j. t.Brilliant place to live! Brilliant service from the landlords and never say no to helping when something is wrong. the cleaners/ technicians are super friendly and will always be on site if anything is not functioning properly.
