Decent size, decent sound proofing en suite, problems get fixed reasonably quick based on problem. Free parking, decent size kitchen. Lets you have a guest stay over for 3 days. But near train track, and literally has 4 washing machines for the whole two blocks. And one broke down and it was 3 machines for 3 weeks which wastes times checking if there's availablity. Clothes often come out smelling worse than they did putting them in and machines just smell of mould before you put anything in them. Just dread doing laundry. You have to go to the uni campus to get your mail rather than there being a dedicated mailroom at the apartment blocks. The office of the village closes at 4 so if you finish Uni after that; unlucky. If you call them I don't often get an answer.
