Andrew is an absolute star and what a lovely place. We were visiting the area and ran out of antibiotics for our little Min Pin and other vets in the area didn’t have the time to help. We’ve used Aurora Vet since we got our pup. They’ve always been so lovely and reliable and happy to answer all my questions. Our dog’s health deteriorated through the night and we got a fright, we called the vet but thought as it was a Saturday we’d have no luck getting an appointment. Within 10 minutes of our initial call, we got a call back from the vet who organised medication to be available for immediate collection. Already we’re seeing a difference in him and can’t thank Aurora Vets enough!

Best vet practice in Aberdeen, been with them over 10 year now with my oldest dog since he was a puppy and now his brother and they have always provided great service and been amazing and it's been consistent over the years not one issue. Everyone is friendly and very empathetic they love you pet as much as you do which is what you need from your vet especially when facing health issues with you pet. I can't rate them highly enough and recommend to anyone and everyone I know getting a pet.

Brilliant. Made an emergency call about my daughter's Reptiles and although they do not have vets to accommodate my enquiry the staff member who answered my call was extremely helpful by finding and giving me a contact for a suitable vet. Our pup happily goes here. They have always been great with the care for him and give good reminders for the vaccines and flea/worm treatments even during the covid times.

I can't tell you how great this team is. I have had two cats with them for four years who they have looked after so well and I don't just mean handing out medicine I mean that you can tell they really care! Today was one of the worst days for me being a pet owner, my six month old puppy broke his leg. Aurora clinic reception staff made sure to get a vet to call me even though they were completely fully booked, doing so while being super friendly as always I am sorry I never catch a name but I know you are all amazing on that front desk! One of the amazing vets that work in the clinic, Sarah, got my pup in to be seen, In the most kind and caring way scooped my puppy up and took him off to get fixed up, due to covid they have to come back outside and tell you what is happening, it wasn't good news but again as I bawled like a crazy woman in the carpark Sarah comforted and reassured me while explaining what happens next, honestly I am so glad I am registered with these guys. I left a 5 star review (just adding the comment) a while ago before my emergency trip to see them today and I can tell you for sure if I could give another 5 star review today I would they never fail, I've seen a few vets here and honestly they really are all amazing. I really hope this reviews helps someone get the best care for their pets as I get while being a client of Aurora Vet Clinic.

We only have started using Aurora during lockdown so I guve 4 stars purely due to the fact we haven't actually been able to see the facility itself. But if the experience we have had through the car park consultation system is anything to go by, the vets are friendly, competent and calming. We have always felt that our dog is safe visiting here. Little pricey but I think that is just a vet thing rather than anything untoward with Aurora.

We changed vet from Inverurie even we living here as i was fed up keep taking my dog there and she was always frightened. Also they gave her antibiotics for her inflamed ears when tge issue started again after about a month luckily we changed and my dog wasn't frightened after doctor took her out than he offered to give her the usual ear cleaner with anti inflammatory medicine in it to treat her with that to avoid the use of antibiotics so often! It did help, no issues since than! Also i got so much advice in one visit than never got during 1.5 years in Inverurie! Many thanks again!

Good vet practice. Attentive, friendly and professional staff. This vets are genuinely care about your pet. Also very handy that they are open at the weekends for an emergency appointments. Ample off road parking. All in all very positive experience.

My French Bulldog is now 2 and a half years old and I just wish I had discovered this vet sooner. Previously used a vet closer to home and due to not being happy with the service and care received, I came to Aurora based on recommendations and I am so glad I did. After filling in an online form I was contacted not long after and spoke with a very friendly lady on the phone to book an appointment, which put me at ease straight away. After our first visit we got Kevin as our vet and I couldn't be happier with how he was with my dog and how he spoke with us as owners, this appointment lasted over 20 minutes so he really did take the time to get to the bottom of my dogs health problems. You can tell that he truly cares for the welfare of the animals and have since seen Kevin again as he is monitoring how my dog is. He is now a healthy and happy dog and I now don't dread taking him to the vets.

A wonderful vets practice, there's nowhere I'd rather take my animals. Both Andrew and Kevin are very good with all kinds of animals and willing to listen to the owners worries and opinions. I once asked about an alternative treatment for a sick rat and rather than be dismissed as other vets might, Kevin took the time to look it up and see if it was possible for him to use. Another time Andrew came up to the house at 4 in the morning due to a very ill pet having a seizure and us not having transport. Kind, thoughtful all around good vets.

We took our new puppy to auroras after being recommended to register by the staff at the rehoming centre. Two other vets insisted in putting one of our pets down after two weeks of trying "everything" was recommended that we visit Kevin at aurora so we did, Kevin was shocked that a certain medicine wasn't used or even suggested. Within 12hours our pet was fighting fit once again...wont go or see anyone else now other than Kevin. Northeasts answer to supervet haha
