We see Nicole shes been great with our dog banjo. He lost the use of his back legs high temperature then eye sight went she's managed to diagnosis and treat him quickly. It's been a long 6 weeks with treatments but he got the use of his legs again within 10 days and his eye sight a could of weeks later. he can see again but may have some long term cloudy dry eyes. We won't see anyone else other than her as she's been amazing throughout.

Although Covid conditions have been relaxed both of us being disabled appreciate the fact they Nicole and her staff go above and beyond to assist us getting they care for our furbies. We are always recommending them as we have never had any problems with their service and the empathy we receive when we have had to say goodbye to the ones we have already given a wonderous life is outstanding giving us the time to say a proper goodbye as they realise they're more than just pets to us.

The process was seamless. I called to book my cat in for vaccination and explained I would like to begin a plan. I was promptly offered an appointment and my my pet was seen. All was explained to me and the plan has now started. Brilliant!

From making the first call to making the call to pay, things were handles efficiently and with good manner. The vet was very understanding of my nervous rescue dog. The vet was friendly and professional. I didn't feel that they were just after running up a large bill. When paying over the phone I expressed my satisfaction of service to the receptionist who said thank you and that she would pass on my comment to the vet. We took our little dog buffy there sadly to be put to sleep after being ill for a short while we had her for 16years it was very emotional the vet and all staff were outstanding they showed compassion to us as we weren't allowed in with her. The vet took her and sedated her so we could sit with her in car till she fell asleep they were very good with her as she was frightened and struggling to breathe they were very respectful and dealt with everything quickly. They sent us a lovely card afterwards which was very thoughtful. Thankyou for caring and the support we had.

Tracey was very busy as they are shost staffed, but still gave me her individed attention. I forgot to pay when I got home, I will be calling this morning to pay for the treatment I purchased and pay for the Health Plan that I am also purchasing.

Friendly nice staff, one missed appointment, but easy to reschedule. Based on the day they might not respond you phone call once you arrive but they will shortly. In general positive so far. Our kitten did not suffer from any trauma or negative effects from there.

When i first phoned to register my dog and seek advice, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. I got an appointment that same day. I didnt have to wait long when i arrived to be called. The vet i see was very helpful and understanding. I was unsure of how things were done due to being a 1st time pet owner. The vet explained each treatment that was needed and each cost. I asked lots of questions and he answered every one without hesitation. The reception ladies were friendly and polite too. I had to return the next day to collect some medication and again the reception ladies were so lovely. I couldnt recommend vets4pets enough.

Took my dog for her boosters, and the current system of not being allowed in is a pain but not difficult to comply with. You ring up to say you are outside and they come and get your pet. Quick in and out. She had her boosters and was treated for an ear infection. Vet Maria was very kind and friendly

The staff were really friendly and compassionate when we visited with our poorly rabbit. Unfortunately he didn't make it but the team dealt with it in a really caring way. And the prices were by far the cheapest - half the price of everywhere else. Although it wasn't a greatest experience the Vets4Pets team made it the best it could have been - thank you.

Very friendly and professional staff, the only thing is that as a worried cat mum I couldn’t be with Dora inside the room because of COVID what makes me worried on the beginning. The reception area and staff were great, the Vet was super nice, informative, great with me and my dog - I was very happy with the cost for the prescriptions. My elderly rabbit Honey became sick suddenly. I called Vets4Pets Bedford and as usual the receptionist Tracey was extremely helpful and recommended I bring her in right away. Nicole examined Honey shortly after I arrived and immediately ascertained her problem. Rather than taking a ‘let’s wait and see approach’ she recognised that Honey was older and fragile and we shouldn’t take any chances. As a result, within an hour and a half from my initial call, Honey was home, medicated and feeling much better. She was eating and playing so I’m very happy to have her around still. Thank you Nicole and Tracey for your superb service!

My Roxy saw Mike. He was lovely, kind and welcoming. I asked for a blood test for my dog which was done in the surgery and he said he would ring me with the results as soon as they came in. Well less than two days he rang with the results. First class as this put my mind at rest.

We took our son's Beagle in to this Vets as our dog is registered there,we were quoted £345.00 maximum for the treatment, it was £359.25 total, they added the tablets on top !!, we were also charged for 12 hours nursing care and the dog was in there about 6hours,we were also told that as my sons dog was insured they would gladly sort out the paperwork and deal with the claim,when my son took in the policy etc they then demanded an administration fee ! I will however say that our dog has always been looked after by them and we will continue to use this Vets

Basically, Rex was not letting us anywhere near his eye, so when we left him with the vet we were worried he wouldn't co-operate, however, she came back and said he wasn't that bad, which to be honest, it is good to know someone can get through to this dog.

My pupper (harley the 5 year old staffy) went in to be spayed. They did a great job and provided lots of info on after care. Unfortunately it so happens that my dog is an absolute looney tune and she had many problems after. Before she even got spayed she was having a phantom pregnancy so we had to get medication for that and an examination after. Theb She started bleeding twice on 2 different occasions after the op. She then had to be operated on again because she had done something to the sutras and given herself a hernia. I CANNOT praise the staff members ENOUGH. I have been back and forth with this dog for the last nearly 6 or 7 weeks. And they have kept me calm, worked with me to find solutions, and taken really good care of my dog. I can't thank shannon enough especially. She has been great through this whole process and really gone the extra mile when it came to harley. Offering to be there before the op so she see's a friendly face before and after. They have helped me and my harley bear thro it all. Thank you so much to everyone at vets for pets

This was a routine annual visit but the vet checked the dog over and made a recommendation for a product for our dog which would help Chester with his joints. The vet also surgested that we have a blood test done to make sure his kidneys were ok before we used Metacam. this we thought was good advice and had the blood test carried out and this came back ok we now use Metacam and our dog is happy and movement is much improved. In today's covid climate, the collection of Heaven from the door was pleasent and wasnt kept standing around long, then on being handed her back ,the vet explained everything that happened thoroughly and took great care of her, she didn't look stressed , considering was her first experience being at a vets , so a big thumbs up to the practice

VET'S FOR CASH!! Don't ask to pay a large bill (£850) by instalments, NO CREDIT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, so had to pay £105 for euthanasia, paid up front because I wouldn't be in the mood to pay after the event, on the occasion of my pet's death I couldn't do it because the problem was only causing discomfort so thought I would keep (dog) alive a bit longer, keep the money I said because euthanasia is unavoidable in the near future, no problem sir, we can keep your money !!!! I won't keep another pet without getting insurance - and I'll find another vet, although the staff are Ok, the large company are money orientated, well you just lost 850 smakers ! Ps sorry that was a rant at company policy,the staff are friendly and careing and professional
