Very helpful vets. Place is clean and dog friendly. Staff are very helpful. The vets explain this thoroughly. No pressure to pay for anything but I personally do give a donation of what I can afford which is only a fraction of what you would pay in a private vets. You need to be on certain benefits to receive free vet advice etc

They are wonderful people I thought I would have to put my boy down as the normal vets were so expensive we couldn't afford But my little boy is still here fighting away with diabetes and blindness and still loves his life Thanks so much for pdsa

Fantastic service. Care about animals not money. I used them today to treat my dog Oscar. They were extremely helpful and informative. I could only afford my treatment and a small donation to PDSA on this occasion. Please if you can give a donation no matter how small, it will help those who maybe cannot afford anything. Every little helps and nobody knows when they may need their help. Thank you PDSA.

I have always found the PDSA to be very considerate of my pets health and welfare. My pet is now on medication for life but the vet still does a medical check at regular intervals I am very happy with the PDSA service which is why I think it is so important to make a donation if you can.

One of the best vets I've ever been too. My dog had congenial heart disease they were so good to her. When she sadly passed they arranged for her to be cremated. My Dog and family were treated with respect & dignity. The vet gave me a piece of her hair! I will never forget how good they were. Highly recommended!

I have mostly had great experiences with the PDSA Shore Road. There was a time I had to get a second opinion as my dogs itch wouldn't stop, on the second opinion he was getting too much chicken and a high protein diet. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Vet for people on benefits, £20 recommended donation however none is required. U can even donate any supplies instead of money or make a donation at another time if you don't have any when your dog needs treated. Very friendly peope would recommend

First class care for all your pets, a really welcoming team from the reception to the vets. No extortionate bills to pay at the end of the treatment. Just a donation, what more could you ask.

Diagnosed my dog with cysts in his leg that needed removing. We were seen within 24 hours of calling them, had dog booked in within a week to have procedure done. Although procedure was carried out at the Antrim Road branch both trips were a 5 star rating.

PDSA is an incredible charity. We should never forget they are a charity. Having said that the professionalism is none the less for that. I have MS and I don't know what I would have done without them. I have two chocolate labs 12yrs and 13 yrs. The cost of their pet plan insurance became too expensive for us to afford, £75 on one and £50 the other. I spoke with PDSA and with my benefits I qualified for them. You are not made to feel any different than you would be at any vetinary clinic. So, if you are having your pet treated by PDSA don't forget it is a charity and give what you can afford, I don't know what we would do without them.
