M.I took my Westie Buddy to City vets this morning for the first time and we met Gavin and he was brilliant with Buddy and very reassuring, I was nervous about our visit but the young girl on reception was very helpful and pleasant. T. O.A big thank You to the staff and Especially the vet Dr Martin Boyd. Who recently seen our very nervous rescue Dog Holly. Our pet was so nervous that she was fearful of going into the Surgery. Dr Boyd was kind, sensitive, understanding and seen Holly outside (which prevented Holly from getting totally stressed out) and administered Her Vaccination.. Deeply appreciated Thank you
P. D.We are so grateful to city vets for doing their upmost to try and save our wee Alfie. The care and attention they provided to him was absolutely amazing! The empathy and respect they showed my family during this extremely difficult time was second to none. The time that was taken to explain Alfie’s complex Illnesses was truly appreciated and really did help. We know in our hearts they done all they could to save him but unfortunately he was too ill. It’s very early days but it has made a difference to us the way he was treated. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and would 100% recommend this amazing vets and thank you again Martin and all the staff for helping us get through this traumatic time. Alfie was a treasured member of our family.

C. J.First time using these vets and I will say they were very professional, quick and efficient from start to finish. Parking is really easy out the front and if you drive there, it only takes a short sweet dash with a howling cat in a box that's on route to getting neutered.
