Our rescue dog has had several visits during the couple of years we've had him and the staff all know him and make a fuss of him. All of the secretaries, nurses and vets we've dealt with here have been brilliant- very friendly, put Rusty at ease, explained everything to us in detail. They've been very thorough- but made sure to make us aware of any pricing beforehand and also let us know when certain tests etc may not be needed, so they're definitely not in the habit of overcharging. We can't thank the team enough for everything they've done for Rusty.

I was highly satisfied with my visit which is absolutely no surprise as I feel the exact same anytime we are in. From the booking of the appointment to leaving everyone is so friendly and welcoming to both us and Charlie (the patient). The way the vet and the reception staff always seem to remember Charlie and ask questions about him even if something that happened a good while ago just shows the level of genuine interest and care they have for the animals, it also provides great comfort and trust in the vets to look after my pet. Massive thank you and keep doing what you guys are doing

They took care of my pet very well, they provided him with some food and water for the time being. The procedure went very well, the staff was amazing. Lucifer got many pets from the staff there. They provided best customer care as they called me straight after the procedure to let me know that lucifer was out of the procedure and was ready to be collected later on that day.

MT was able to really explain things about travel with me, was really knowledgeable about issues we might face, and recommended things for while travelling abroad. She explained winnys passport to me in good detail. Receptionist was lovely as usual, and very helpful in telling me about the appointment. I’ve used this practice since getting my dog and I’d go nowhere else

We are so relieved to have found the Vets4Pets practice on the Boucher Road after visiting three other veterinary practices in South Belfast who were more interested in 'prescribing' expensive cat food and care plans than in actually caring for our two cats. Such a professional, knowledgeable and experienced team. Our poor floof hadn't eaten or drank for two days when we brought him in but was up and about eating a big dinner hours after being diagnosed and treated by the Vets4Pets team - thank you all so much!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch of Vets4Pets to anyone - especially owners of pets with long-term illnesses. My cat is FIV positive and MT seems to have an excellent grasp of his condition and related issues. Reception staff and nurses are also super friendly. Excellent value for money compared with many other practices.

When I phone dup I was out straight through and able to get an appointment within an hour. The reception staff are very friendly and explained the procedures re. social distancing before I entered the store. The vet is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer all my queries and had a genuine compassion for my pet. When I went back for a check up she was delighted with his progress as was I. I would be confident in returning knowing that he would be in the right hands.

The only vets I will ever use, kind friendly staff, love MT as she's open & honest about whatever the issue is, has never tried to push on treatment despite knowing we have pet insurance (a previous vet took us for every penny they could). Can never repay her kindness when we lost an old dog several years ago, she gave it to us straight when we had to decide between cancer treatment or putting him to sleep, sadly it was the latter as it wouldn't have cured him, hardest decision we have ever had to make but MT's honesty made it just that little more bearable xx

MT Begley (our vet) has shown great care with all my pets and is always aware of their individual issues and needs. This was a routine check-up prior to medication dispensing for epilepsy but thanks to our vets thorough nature and understanding of my cat we realised something was actually amiss with their overall health. Had it not been for this my cat might have become seriously ill. I am extremely grateful to the whole Vets4Pets Belfast team and their dedication and care over the years.

Could not fault these guys on Boucher Road.. Supreme after care with not just 1, but 2 follow up meetings with our little rabbit after her surgery. From the girls behind the reception desk, vets assistants and vets themselves, they all really do go above what's needed to make you & your little pet feel safe, welcome & happy. Didn't get a single follow up call or meeting following our other rabbit with a different vet company. These guys are just fab.. 100% recommended from us and Jaeger! 😎

The only vets that offered to neuter our cat he had to have an operation to remove a testicle that didnt descend my cat was getting very frustrated and spraying and we were grateful that some one could help us during the current pandemic, the store handled social distancing better than I've seen in any store currently and alana and her team were very accommodating and informative we felt genuinely cared we have now changed both are cats from their previous vets to this practice.
