Saw Sophie today for a post op consultation with my dog. We usually use the Halesowen branch but thinking of switching. She was kind, caring and very professional. She put my mind at ease and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. Couldn't be happier! Thank you. 😊

I can't honestly say this vets was one of the best experiences I've ever had and over the years I've had a lot of pets, mostly cats. What makes it stand out is the separate room for cats and dogs, and for cats they provide blankets with special pheromones that genuinely calm your cat down, within seconds of using one my cat was actually purring! For me I find taking a stressed animal to the vets so stressful myself, and the vet herself was so sweet and clearly lived animals. She lovingly called herself a cat aunty which made the laugh and was incredibly sweet. Best veterinary service in Birmingham I believe.

Lordswood are brilliant with our cat, who is epileptic. We've visited several times and arranged a home visit on one occasion, and we pop in regularly to pick up medication. The team are really friendly and efficient and any diagnosis/treatment is always fully and clearly explained.

Lords wood vets is very wounderfull they are so loving and caring to your pets and if anyone ask me who is recommended I would say these. They will give you advice and they will help in any way that is possible. Lordwoods vets staff are great and they will do everything in their power to help you and to be their for you. They also speak their minds and tell you what they think and so on but are always putting your pets first without question. Anyone that needs a vet are always welcome at these vets as they are the best people who is good for your pets to see as they will do what they can in every way but you also got to be up front with them and tell them the truth as well for them to be in able to do what's best for your pet and you must also work with them to get what's best for your pet as well. I will always rate these vets 100 percent as they saved all of my pets and they was their for me when I needed them Well done keep up the wounderfull work that you are doing

Lordswood is now part of the eeeexcellent Manor Vetinary group, which is great. Since Kath the vet started at this practice, there has been a improvement and updated care practices. After only a couple of minutes of examining my greyhound, she knew something was wrong and ensured that he got the care and treatment he needed. All staff are helpful, kind and professional.

Situated on Lordswood Road and the junction with Lonsdale Road directly opposite the Church and diagonally opposite Harborne Pool. The frontage has space for a couple of cars. I'm the ninth, consecutive, 5 star review of this Surgery on it's Google Maps Card and it doesn't surprise me a bit. As soon as I walked in I felt reassured I'd come to the right place. The service was superb and the Staff should be cited as an example of what Customer Service strives to be. Highly recommended.

Been with this vets for 20 years, the care and staff have always been great, it misses the now retired Mr Watts for the real personal connection in recent times, the recent changes are the prices, all vets are not cheap but recently we have had to use it and we consider it now very expensive.
