I took my 5 month old kitten, Samantha, in for neutering through the Cats Protection voucher scheme. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the receptionist even completing my forms due to my fibromyalgia. When I returned to collect Samantha, I was absolutely amazed at the operation scar. It was, quite simply, the best bit of surgery I have ever seen. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending Manor Vets to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic vets. My conure Mango injured himself and they got me in straight away. Mikel the exotic vet is highly knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Mango is now on the mend and recovering well. The reception staff here are also very caring and compassionate. I wouldn’t take my parrot anywhere else now

I WANT THANK AGAIN. My ferret was in really bad health condition, they helped him twice. Unfortunately, last Time was his last. My little angel was in pain, so we had to make the worst decision. Vet Kat and her team were amazing in accomodating putting our gorgeous cat Katie to sleep. We had to put both cats to sleep within 2 weeks and were registered with another vet who refused to allow 1 person to acompany them on their last journey even though we had a negative pcr and lft test. Vet Kat allowed my daughter to be with Katie to say her last goodbye and the kindess shown along with compassion will not be forgotten. Kat you did an amazing job in the very difficult time and the empathy shown will stay with us. Thank you you are doing an amazing job.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful, caring vets, nurses and reception staff who have been fantastic at giving us advice (which as new owners we have needed a lot of!) and diagnosing our puppy when he was really poorly. They were also great in helping with our pet insurance claim- they took care of everything for us. Manor vets are very reasonably priced and their pet plan is perfect for us. We cannot fault these guys and we recommend them to every dog walker we see !

Looked after our little Echo the Cat who was cruelly thrown away in a box by a pathetic excuse for a person. Manor Vets checked her over when we first got her and has just cleared her for check up after being spayed. Fantastic service... Quick to give you appointments. Have a great monthly wellness scheme that is covers the flea and worming and gives you great discounts on things. Will be continuing looking after all our cats...

Absolutely amazing place! I took my little dog there yesterday, the nurses were absolutely amazing and the vet was incredible. They spent almost an hour with us, explaining everything to me and answering every question with patience. I felt really valued. My dog loved it too. They are absolutely amazing. If you need a vet, don't go anywhere else. Manor Vets are the best!!! So happy with my experience and I would definitely go back. Thank you Manor Vet team for such perfect experience. Easy to get appointments. Staff are friendly and very good with my dog. They have an in house animal hospital in Halesowen for more serious treatments and refer to Willows in Solihull.

It really does depend as I have had both good and bad experience's with the staff. For instance a good thing: often did give me a space for an animal who needed a consultation on the same day as the phone call and often calls back to give me the information I've requested. However, the dispense team didn't always contact me regarding the prescription and didn't let me know I needed a second consult to ensure I was still going ahead which ended up charging for 2 consults for the same condition that can not be cured? So why another review was needed I don't know and so I think this was a joke, especially when they then couldn't dispense for another week... The other thing is that you will get told your animals having an op with a particular vet (a specialist vet) to thne pick them up at the end of the day to find you've had a regular vet do that op (when your paying the extreme prices compared to other vets, you expect to the get the extreme experience too, not a last minute change up). Also the out of hours vets are not exotics, but failed to tell me this until ide arrived, payed and then given an explanation that the vet basically couldn't suggest anything because they don't really deal with my type of animal and arnt a specialist. I'm not saying this cost my pets life but it certainly didnt give it a better chance of survival and unfortunately lost her. So sure. They are an exotic vetinary centre. However they only have a few exotic vets and some who will tell you they are 'shadowing' exotic vets. The rest are regular vets.

I have an exotic animal, a galah cockatoo who had randomly broken his wing. Sergio and Lourdes treated him aswell as other staff and they were so professional and kind. His wing was fixed within a couple of weeks and I can’t thank the staff enough. Apart from treating my parrot so well they really comforted me because they knew I was so worried. The staff were all lovely to speak to at the front desk and all the staff I meant had a genuine care and high interest in animals. I’ll always use manor vets for my animals.

Had to take my rabbit here for over 2 years with visits every 4-6 weeks. All the staff were always helpful and my very Sergio is probably the best vet I've ever had in the 7 years my rabbit was alive. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what the potential solutions could be and really really does care for your animal. I can not recommend him enough if you have rabbits or any exotic animal, he knows his stuff.

Took my leopard gecko in, as she had an eye infection. They spelt my name wrong and put my title as MR when I am an 18 year old female. They took a swab test of my geckos eye and told me if i wanted the results for the test it would be £130 that dosent include any treatment that would have to follow. they gave me antibiotic eye drops that cost around £40 which would have been a lot less anywhere else as it was medicine for humans, that pharmacies would have stocked. all in all, the antibiotics did the job that was needed and my gecko is back to health. massive rip off though, seems like that's their main goal

I think it was very good. The vets there are good and they are gentle with the animal but also do their job properly. All staff are really kind and helpful. Once when my pet was younger, we took him somewhere else and they were so rough that he didn't want to eat much for the next 2/3 days! And when we brung him here, he was happily eating the moment he got back home!I would definitely recommend this veterinary surgery to anyone with a petwho lives close by. There is even a parking lot.

We've used Manor vets for most of our animals for a long time, the main reason is because of David Beechley. He is so kind, caring, supportive and very professional. Today we made the heart breaking decision to say goodbye to our very poorly girl, Jada. David was, as always so supportive, he was so gentle with our baby girl, so caring, it's never about the money, only ever about the animal and what's best for them and you as a client. We trust, 100%, David with the care of our babies and he has never failed us. We're so grateful to the rest of the staff who deal with you with kindness, are friendly and caring. We highly recommend Manor Vets without a doubt.

I have been taking my two furbabies to Manor Vets for over a year now and the service I recive is excellent. The receptionists are always welcome and will try hard to book me an appointment that fits around my busy schedule. The vets are always super helpful and will answer all my questions as well as this the Vets really take their time to check my cats are healthy and happy. On top of this the Vets that I have seen have all given my cats a good pet/cuddle and this has helped them to be less scard/worried when they have to go to the vets.

Having watched Panorama's insight into some of the horrible vets in this country, I felt I had to review my local surgery. I have two pet rats, one of whom is prone to respiratory infections. I usually try to see the exotic pets vet but the other vets in the surgery are equally capable. All the vets are very friendly, make a fuss of your pets and tell you things about the animals that you may not know. Their prices are very good too, and I have often had a second pet consultation fee omitted. I was also given different options regarding a repeat dosage of a medicine and told which was the cheapest option- something I value very much as a student!

Been with this vet for about 40years tried to get an appointment for my cavalier king Charles to clear his annul gland told no appointment for 9 days which I think is disgusting very disappointed and annoyed with this kind of treatment

Sergio the vet conducted the Caesarean on our tortoise, Gala, who was having a problematic pregnancy. The hormone injections were tried first but were not sufficient, so Sergio outlined the surgery options together with the risks involved with each. Under Sergio’s skill the surgery was successful even though he found that two of Gala’s eggs had migrated into her bladder and so he had to sort that complication as well. We were referred to Sergio by our local vet who did not have the specialist equipment to do the surgery himself and to whom Gala returned for post-op care. Despite his job being complete, Sergio kept in touch with us and our local vet to make sure Gala was recovering as expected. A big thanks also to the Manor vets reception staff who looked after me when I felt nauseous following discussion of the required surgery. Clearly a great team who look after all their customers whether animal or human!
