Staff were amazing at the clinic at Scott Arms they communicated back same day also managed to change my date and see me on that day - not with a return visit but sorted out all my issues in one visit . Even better service than my own Doctors. Just like to say the Vet at this site, I've been with him for 2-3 yrs who takes full control and does not make you feel you are at fault if your pet is unwell

People dont realise how stressful it can be sorting appointments out for pets/life can be and if you have to change or move them or whatever it stress you out. I had to call to do this and spoke to Bonny. She was amazing. No stress, really calm, really helpful nothing was an issue and also got to meet her and she was the same in person. It just took what can be a mom breaking day/moment and turned it into a positive. Ps the vet was lovely too

As a family We have been with this vets for over 30yrs. My dog has been with them for 11yrs and I have always had an excellent service. All staff are helpful and friendly especially as my dog, Milo isnt the friendliest, they always know how to approach and treat him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Vets. The best in my eyes.

We registered our pup with them when he was just 8 weeks old in 2010 and stayed with them until we had to make the sad call last year to say goodbye. Our husky loved going to vet and they always gave him the best care both at scott Arms and Kingstanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the Scott Arms practise. Due to Covid, we couldn't go inside but the lady who came out to greet us was very friendly & took amazing care care of our dog. Ivo is a fantastic vet and is brilliant at dealing with our large dog. Definitely recommended.

Due to the COVID restrictions we were unable to go in which was really heartbreaking. However, staff were very supportive and caring. Very efficient too. Our pup came back to us all sung in his travel case, and no problems. Reasonably priced too, which is hard to find.

Fantastic vets, with a brilliant friendly team who genuinely care about you and your animals. They performed emergency surgery and saved my dogs life. I will be forever grateful to them. The picture attached is my dog only a week after her surgery, looking fabulous and getting cuddles from her vet! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Unfortunately we had to have our golden retriever put to sleep 2 weeks ago, due to covid we couldn't be with her, but the staff were brilliant. We have just received her ashes and they have done everything so beautiful, a beautiful card and her paw prints . Thank you so much she wasn't just a dog she was our family.

I recently went in to get my cat neutered, I firstly called cats protection up to ask about the cats protection neutering plan available which allows people to get a discount on neutering costs if you are in a financially difficult time, all you need to do is call the cats protection neutering help line and they will advise you. I then called to book my cat in for the neutering. The staff were very polite, helpful and gave good advice. On the day I turned up, vets was extremely clean, staff were promt and professional in advising times etc, and as I found this vets more local they could transfer me over from there sister company without an issue. I collected our cat and they advised on the check up and any after care advise. All in all a great experience and a great local vets.

Due to the COVID restrictions I wasn't able to be with my lovely dog on his end journey it was heartbreaking. But before that happened they helped me a lot with the treatment. They tried everything to keep him alive ... I'm really grateful for that.

Lovely vets called and made appointment for my cat to be neutered offered fantastic advice on the phone and was very polite and professional. When we visited them the service was fantastic they were very knowledgeable and helpful we have used vets in London and outer Birmingham however they were nice and friendly, we saw other people who were coming in and out and seemed very happy with the service they got. To be honest our cat was made to feel comfortable and happy they have special care and attention and we were delighted how professional they were. We were also given advice on further check ups and what we can do further they gave us tips and advice and we felt happy. Parking is excellent as it’s just off the main Walsall Road getting here is very good from the motorway or from inner routes. We spoke to a lady who was present and she said she has been using them for 11 years for both her pets and she would never go any where else we were delighted with the feedback and will defo go back. I would recommend and will be going back in a months time.

Excellent staff at the scot arms clinic, would highly recommend however, with regards to the owners/directors (who pocket all the profits) they are a disgrace. It's been some 7 months since I wrote asking for an explanation to justify the incredible mark up on their products and prescription charge and to date, no reply. A reply explaining they charge no more than other clinics was expected however, nothing. Which just tells me that they dont care about the customer, just the money. Again, I cant fault the team at the clinic itself.

When I had to have my dog put to sleep, they ensured it was a vet known to me (and her), they didn't rush us at all. They treated us all with such sensitivity and respect. Today I have received a sympathy card in the post with her foot prints. Thank you so much- you have made such an awful time a little more bearable.

It’s our local vet, so location is ideal-just a walk away! Whenever we have a concern or issue with our pet, to date we have been able to secure an appointment on the same day and get an outcome to resolving the problem, including any follow ups if required.

We have used Scott Vet Clinic for the past 16 years and have always found them to be caring and professional. We sadly had to take our beloved Jack Russell in to be put to sleep yesterday and although the Great Barr surgery were very busy they ensured we were able to get into the Kingstanding branch without delay where we were treated with sympathy and kindness. Highly recommended.
