I phoned up needing to bring my cat in as she was OK and after going out she couldn't open her mouth properly so I phoned up and they told me to come straight down and once their she got seen straight away and treated

Both the vet and staff at the surgery have been excellent with our pet dog. He receives the best treatment every time he needs to go. We can’t rate the highly enough nor can we thank them enough and we would recommend them to everyone.

The vets are fantastic. They do a great job and give you loads of information. However I’m giving 3 stars because I absolutely can’t stand the elderly receptionist who thinks she works for the Queen!! She is rude, arrogant and always very moody. Not what you look for in a receptionist. The rest of the receptionists are very polite. (Stechford branch)

I had missed my pets vaccinations last year due to circumstances. So it had been a while since I'd visited the vets. I found the service to be quick and efficient. Roman my cat had his vaccination and check up quickly and we were done within 20 minutes.

The ladies at the reception were really friendly and helpful, they microchipped Rosie very quickly and gave me information on spaying her and put her on the waiting list for me. The clinic was clean and quiet and the location is accessible for me. I am most likely sticking to this vets. There is one near my house 5mins away but the receptionist there is very unprofessional!

Overall great value for money. Vets are always friendly and informative. Only thing that lets it down slightly is one of the reception ladies. I always find her quite cold and I don’t think I’ve seen her smile once in the 4 years I’ve been going there.

I enquired about a visit for my cat. Hadn't been before so was asked to complete a registration online and details to request an appointment. I didn't hear from them as the email I'd received suggested i would. I've heard great things about this place though, so I will call them and check if my registration was logged.

The reception team were very kind and helpful from our first call with lots of advice to the care and assistance given whilst we were waiting for our pet! The vets were very sensitive and explanatory and made us feel at ease.

Brang my hamster in as there was some issues and they charged £28 for a consultation, the vet didnt really have the exact issue so left me confused on what the next best option was. Apart from this the staff are well manored and are willing to help thr best they can.

Lovely vet who explained everything very well and clear. Will be going back there in the future and highly recommend them.. It was great that they work on Sundays which is when I had to suddenly take my dog.

I really like the appointment system as the waiting area is nice and quiet; which helped keep my cat much calmer. I did not have to wait long before being called in. The vet was very thorough with checking my cat and explained the situation very well. The vet eased our concerns. Afterwards, the receptionist was very friendly and there were no problems with payment. I was quite happy to pay £31 as the check-up eased my concerns, however, having three cats the price can be a bit too much. I don't much about the Pet Plan, but I would like it if there were emails sent out with information and perhaps special offers? Overall, I am a very happy customer.

1st visit ever to the Vets with my 13 wk Kitten Skye. Overall it was a great experience and couldn’t fault the service at all. The receptionist was attentive to my Kitten (Skye) and explained everything in detail. The practice was kept extremely clean and the seating area was appropriate: Our Vet was extremely pleasant and carried out a thorough examination of Skye. He flea’d Skye and explained how I should do the next treatment. He was gentle with my kitten and tried to make her feel less stressed. Thank you “Vets 4 pets”
