Lovely vets, friendly on arrival and throughout. Separate area for Cats, away from the dogs. Very understanding of our rescue dog. Did a really good job on his operation and aftercare too. Lots of parking outside. Would recommend.

Attention to detail was everything in Buster’s case, I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the staff at the Lincoln Road surgery in Solihull. Buster had a scale & polish and a mass removal from his belly. From the start to the end of the procedure I was kept updated to how my pet was doing. Thank you Sarah, Dawn, Shannon and Tracey for making me laugh 😂 a great team effort!! Buster has the all clear fab news!

Just want to say thankyou to all the staff at your vets . My puppy that eats absolutely everything had found his way into my medication box and consumed a large amount of medication . I called them and they seen him straight away. They was so kind and put my mind at rest and started treatment straight away and his absolutely fine now. So grateful to the vets and staff .

We were called by this practice after a very kind lady took our pet in after a road accident (lady was not involved in accident) just passing by and the vets were very very professional and kind. My cross breed Lurcher (DeeDee) has pancreatitis and wasn’t eating, drinking and was being sick. The staff at the Nuneaton branch and especially the Solihull branch were excellent and I believe saved her life. She was there for almost a week and great friendly service. I registered with my puppy with Your Vets as soon as I picked him up. From the offset they have been great. Yeh staff are friendly and helpful. Over the pew few months and recently my dog Has been poorly with tummy bugs and we always end up going to this vet. We’ve never had any issues when going they never keep you waiting long, they explain everything clearly, the vets who have looked after my dog was so lovely. Definitely recommend

My best friend and dog for the last 14 years was on his way to the next life. I really wanted to avoid putting him to sleep but unfortunately he detoriated quite rapidly and was in pain, not sleeping and slowly suffocating with fluid in his lungs. At 3am an emergency appointment was made and whoever was on duty at 0300 on 4th July 2021 I am very grateful for how you treated my friend. You were friendly, professional and just better than what could have been expected. You made an impossible task more bearable. I don't know your names but if I find out I will be writing to your head office to tell them how thankful me, my sister and more importantly my dog was to have had you both.

I really appreciate how pet (and client) focused the staff are here. They put you first, which is really appreciated. The people at reception had everything sorted out well in advance. Even though we couldn't go in with our pets the staff worked hard to make us comfortable and there was barely any wait. Very reasonable prices, too. Thank you!

I took my rescue dog here and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Such a relaxing environment especially if your dog comes from the dogs Trust or rspca. Lovely and clean waiting room. The staff at the front desk are so constantly friendly if it's your first time visit. I highly recommend this palace as a limited amount of pets here. So safe and calm for your pet. Especially it can be nerve racking for them and the owners. Very safe secured place with car park.

Went here recently to check ups and vaccines done for 3 dogs and service was quick and I was there for a maximum of an hour which was greatly appreciated. They do take very good COVID-19 precautions with the spaced out queue and gloves when handing over your pet. My one complaint was that there was no covered shade for the queue. It was quite a hot day and made the wait uncomfortable. Regardless, great service!

Really amazing vets and our dog just loves going there. Absolutely everyone is amazing. We and our puppy Toto have been very well treated there. Toto unfortunately needed a few stitches and a bunch of followups to make sure all is healing well and these guys have been stunning. They are very knowledgeable and always think of what's best for your pet. We've been most impressed by James who's done the procedure and would highly recommend him to anyone. They are also available out of hours for emergencies, that's also a very big plus. You know you found the right vets when your dog is happy to go there😂

I can't praise the two members of staff enough, the Vet, Martin and the nurse, Dawn. So incredibly kind when I had to take my 11 year old cat to be put to sleep. Martin saw Felix at the RSPCA site in Coventry and I was so relieved and happy that he worked at the Solihull practice that day. You both made an incredibly hard day just a little bit easier to bear.

Lovely staff and the foster dog I brought in was well looked after. Thought she was very poorly but thankfully nothing serious and has now gone on to her new forever home. When we came in the day after the first consultation staff on reception remembered her and took the time to ask how things were.

They have the system working well. You are given a pager with a number on which corresponds to your pet. So you won't walk off with the wrong animal 😂 Pager goes off when your pet is ready and you go and collect the pet and hand over the pager. There is a gazebo to shelter under if you don't have a car and the weather is poor. Hopefully come the summer there will be no need for it and we can accompany our animals as before. Took my cat to get his claws clipped and they found another small problem which was dealt with there then. Would recommend them .

What a great experience I had with Cocoa today. The receptionists are kind and considerate and Vet Dr Jamie was very very supportive. Cocoa had bouts of vomitting and diarrhea with blood in his stools. We walked in straight without an appointment as emergency, he was triaged and seen after a very short wait. Dr Jamie was very kind and gentle with him and extremely soft spoken and attentive which put my anxiety at ease. After having called for his blood tests Dr Jamie explained the results very reassuringly . I feel so happy and relieved and i am sure Cocoa will feel better very soon. Kudos team!

OK vets but they are expensive. Spent over £300 in vets bills trying to find out why my dog has a rash on his paw but they drew a blank. In the end I did diagnosis buy internet to get answers from owners who had similar issues. I wish I brought medicines on line as well. Much cheaper if googled.

As the Coventry branch is closed for repair we have been redirected to Solihull your vets and they are fab just like cov. They give the same great care and when we needed a quick appointment the delivered. We were running late so rang ahead and re arranged an appointment 45mins later. We got their half hour early than new appointment and because they had a free slot they saw us half hour early which was fantastic as reduced waiting time and rabbits stress. 10 out of 10 service.

The defacto replacement to the Coventry branch while the Coventry branch is undergoing critical and necessary work to its roof. Still doing excellent work, even though it's more of a journey to get there. They have some slight inconsistencies between times I've visited, in that one time I was given 3 months supply of worming treatment, then the next time was told they can only give 1 month at a time, to then be given 3 months on the next visit!
