Amazing vets. They have always looked after all our pets there. They are honest about pricing and genuinely care for your fur babies as opposed to other veterinarians that are all about the cold, hard cash. They always get us an appointment, they have nursed our sick babies until their last breath, gave them dignified end of life care and always looked after any ailments or sicknesses our babies have ever had. Great team and staff.

Recently had my dog put to sleep and the vet treated her, in her last moments, with such compassion, care and dignity. I could not have asked for more and it made it a tiny bit easier for me on what was the worst day of my life.

Emergency appointment, was quick to get us in. Only down side is their slogan is "your pets, affordable prices" yet seems some of there prices have tripled and now becoming astronomical

Our aged cat needed treatment for a damaged paw but our regular vets had no vets available locally. After some ringing around yourvets were able to take on a new patient. I was very pleased with the service, from the helpful response when we were looking for a new practice to the pleasant, welcoming reception and the excellent treatment for our cat. Great service and pleased to be with this veterinary practice.

Lovely staff and great veterinary care. They have always been able to give me an appointment for our wee dog 🐕 not overly expensive for the treatment like some vets, easy to get here and plenty of parking. I have used this practice for 10 years so far. We are happy 😀

Had to have our dog put to sleep at short notice due to a sudden turn for the worse. Other vets could not offer an appointment but yourvets accommodated us at short notice. The staff and in particular the vet who saw us was very understanding, sympathetic and showed real empathy. We were so grateful for this at such an awful time. Cannot thank you enough.

Lovely vet ! dog was booked in to have claws clipped and 2 lumps on the dogs body checked. Claws didn't get clipped ! However the vet was lovely to my dog and explained his condition very well. My dog seemed very happy to go off with the vet 😀x

We took our dog to a vets in Bearwood and they basically told us our dog had cancer and that we had to pay £1000 just to have tests to confirm it. We were horrified. Took him here for a second opinion, they were absolutely brilliant, told us that the other vets were talking nonsense and really reassured us. Not the money grabbing vets at all, really personal service and put our mind completely at ease. We used them again when we took our dog abroad and they even chucked in some stuff for free that they easily could have charged us for. 5*, we will always go back to them.

We were happy with YourVets over several years until we needed a post-Brexit Animal Health Certificate as our dog's pet passport is not valid since we left the European Union. Your Pets charged us £250 which is far more than the same AHC when I compared the cost with other dog owners on the ferry to Spain.

Difficult with Covid restrictions for staff and customers. However their system is quite straightforward. You go to the reception window and they check your appointment details and take your mobile number. The vet then phones you to discuss your pet requirements. The vet then meets you at the side door to take your pet inside. After the vet phones you again to discuss the treatment and you collect your pet from the vet at the side door and pay at the reception window. No delays. Helpful and friendly staff. Very pleased and would recommend.

We have been attending Your Vets at Wythall for over 10 years. First and foremost, the whole staff team love animals & know how much they mean to their owners. They have treated all our pets with the upmost respect, tender care & as the individuals they are. Medical care guidance and advice has been first class, that’s why we go back again & again despite like several miles away now.

I have just received my beloved cat's ashes back and I can not thank you enough for the service that you have provided. Even though he was a very elderly cat and we knew his kidney disease was progressing you did absolutely everything you could for him. The staff have been truly wonderful and we have all been treated with such respect and kindness at every visit. I have today collected his ashes, the sleeping cat casket is absolutely beautiful and he is now basking in the sunshine at home where he belongs 🐾 Thank you!

Took my cat here for a castration, the team were great, Hannah who I initially saw made me feel at ease, explained every single thing so I knew what was going on before during and after! James who I saw to pick up my pet was very friendly and explained how my cat had been during and after the op very re- assuring he was well looked after! The vet practise itself is great very welcoming and has lots of advise and tips to read while in the waiting area! My cat was fine days after his op no issues at all!

It ain't what it used to be! Covid and lockdown/ Tier 3 have made it a difficult place to visit with a lower service offering. My particular gripe is that they used to inform you as to when you needed to collect a repeat prescription for your pet - in this case the routine worming and flee tablets. Now you have to keep a record of the timing yourself and phone them up to ask for it. This is even though we pay a monthly insurance premium to them for our cat.

I have been visiting the Your vets for a number of years with my two cats. They are now 14 & a half. I was quoted circa £900 for both of them to have their teeth cleaned & few teeth taken out for my boy, Maxie. This was pushed a few years s back too. I sought a second opinion at Cramar cat sanctuary vet and was advised Millie didn’t need the treatment, not to say she wouldn’t in the future; Maxie did. £237. I transferred both of my ‘kids’ over to Cramar. I felt a little pressured to get my elderly cats teeth done. I would never have them suffer or be in pain but what a difference in cost! Unnecessary anaesthetic for an elderly cat too. I rarely got to see the same vet twice and at Cramar it feels so very different. Much less ‘production line’, way more personal and the staff are fantastic. Get a second opinion folks! Seriously.

Just transferred the care of all my animals to Your Vets, after they took on my Lab (Fat Lab Ruby) after a disastrous visit to another Vet that left her in a very condition. Your Vets saw her straightaway, treated her straightway, and were compassionate and caring to me and my gorgeous Lab. Thank you so much... Marilyn Melville

I had to bring my beloved Marble here today and the vet that saw us was so lovely and welcoming. A very honest and down to earth person and very supportive as we had to have marby laid to rest. Service couldnt be better, always friendly and caring, all staff prepared to go the extra mile. I have taken a dog to be put to sleep, my wishes to be present was no bother to them, all were sympathetic and human, the staff made a difficult time a whole lot easier. With no appointment needed, I rushed my dog there with an eye problem, the speedily referred me on to the specialist, the dog ultimately having to have both eyes removed, although performed by a different specialist eye hospital, PV Clinic called to ask if everything successful, how good is that ! They are so reasonable with there costs, I was once apon a time advised to have a dog put down rather than have a full breast strip as it was VERY expensive. Pet Vac Clinic quoted £200, allowed me to pay in installments and the dog survived in comfort for a further 5 years, before having a heart attack. I have always owned rescued dogs that have had extra health problems, I can honestly say dispite my nearest pet vaccination clinic being over 20 miles away, I wouldnt go to another vets unless it was a rare emergency in the dogs interest.
