We had to have our beautiful cat Bonnie put to sleep last night and we were so upset as she was a very special little cat. How can we express in words the absolute care and compassion our beautiful girl was shown by Claire. An awful situation made so much better by a lovely soul who we believe to be an earth Angel. Our gratitude to such an amazing vet and all round amazing lady, will stay with her forever. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Claire.

Polite and professional staff, always had great service. Called up for an appointment for my dog as he had suddenly become unwell and they arranged for him to be seen straight away and even called the next day to make sure everything was resolved.

We have been registered with isle valley vets for almost 4years now after moving from a similar practice in Sussex. The staff are always friendly and make a lovely fuss of our Westie(Hamish) The vets are always honest and care so much for their patients.

I have been taking my 2 babies to this practice for a few years. My cat Luna was saved by their emergency intervention and referral to a specialist clinic, following a car accident. She's a bionic cat now! 😁🥰 I have met the vet surgeons and what I find most admirable is their love for animals. It always warms my heart to meet a soulful clinician! As an Animal Science undergraduate, I absolutely trust them and appreciate my learning every time I visit the practice! The nurses are kind and polite, in person and over the telephone! Sol is probably the only cat who enjoys the vets and all the attention he receives there (and Dreamies 🤩)!

Our 11+ rescue German short haired pointer with trust issues was brought in this week and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We were extremely worried and were fearing the worst especially as he suffers from stress related fits. Baxter came back to us after a full day at the vets. After a good night sleep, the next morning he started to eat. After a couple of days he is back to his old self playing with his toys and cantering around the garden. We are so grateful to all the staff for their patience with Baxter and us and for their swift diagnosis. We thank you all so very much. Cheryl & Graham king

Excellent service. Good Vets with a sensible attitude. Always willing to talk through treatment options. Very reasonable priced (and they do not try to maximise consultation fees). Good premises. Easy parking. Nice people. Never had a problem getting an appointment or emergency treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My appointment was on time and my flat coat retriever/lab was taken for an operation to remove a lump on his neck and to take a biopsy of another lump on his leg. He is 6 years old and in his prime. He was uncomfortable tonight but a phone call at 8pm made contact with his surgeon within 10mins where I was given helpful advice. As an anxious owner I can only speak highly of the support we have been shown. Recovery will be the final testing point 🙃
