First time visiting, normally go to Brackla but was send here this time. Due to Covid I was unable to accompany my pets inside. Had conversation with vet outside about any concerns I had. He took them both inside and returned with vacation cards filled out and medicine. I was then informed to go to door on far end to pay for treatment where I was greeted by another member of staff with a card reader in hand staying outside the whole time. I was lucky it wasn't raining! It was very quiet at my time of visiting and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I have used Maes Glas veterinary service for seven years, since we first got our dog Bailey. The service has always been very friendly and professional and Bailey looks forward to his visits even for his annual booster.

Maes Glas vets Llantrisant, Brackla and Pencoed surgeries have looked after my Border Terrier for 12 years. They have been outstanding with her. Always professional, caring and good value. Can’t recommend Maes Glas vets enough!

Lovely staff. Very helpful and informative. However slightly stung by the bill. Was actually given two lots of something for two animals when just the one lot would've sufficed. Might've been n idea to check how many i wanted, may have kept costs down a little. However overall experience was excellent. I find the staff here lovely.

Mixed review fir this Vets, there have bedn times when the service has been great and other times not so great. As witb all vets pet owners do ferl that their pricing structure is a little on the steep side. I'd recommend getting a good value pet insurance plan to help with costs. Parking is a squeeze but a space can usually be found. One thing tgat I can say is if your pet is in need of care even with covid this pet practice has always been available to treat your pet without a long waiting time.

A nightmare to find. I passed it 3 times. When you go over the bridge- take the first right and then the first left. You enter the rear of the property - I didn't realise this until walking to the front and back around again. Staff pleasant.

Brackla always been good but today was not best. Vet was late for work. I was told I rang wrong number however I had rung correct one message not passed on. They got dates wrong on m dog annual jabs and said he had to start again. After several minutes they realised their mistake and he was not out of date on jabs. They also forgot to do kennel cough but they say my fault as did not tell them. Maybe read his record card and your system as he always has it. All problems are Covid related that is a very poor excuse.
