Our English Bulldogs are our absolute world and the whole team at Mobivet are absolutely phenomenal in ensuring they are at their healthiest. We’ve had lots of dealings with Dr Val and he truly is incredible. We recently had to call him out to our home over Christmas as our puppy was ill. His whole manner and demeanour around our dogs was heart warming and it’s clear that the whole team care and love for all of the animals, rather than it being a ‘conveyor belt’ that we have previously experienced at other vets. Val came straight in to see our puppy, gave him lots of cuddles and kisses to make him feel safe; something this small, makes a world of difference when entrusting people with our dogs. We have seen this with all of the staff on every visit we have had, in the surgery or at home. We truly feel like our dogs are looked after to the highest standard and the knowledge, experience and passion by all of those who work at Mobivet is second to none. We feel very grateful to have found this vet practice and the whole team - to the point where we travel 30-40 minutes to the practice from our home. Thank you for always having our dogs at the centre of your heart and for making us feel at ease whenever they come in. 🌟

I cannot praise mobivet enough, last night ( Sunday) our senior dog became really ill, I rang and was given helpful advice and to ring back again within the hour to let them know how she was. This really helped to calm me down as I was so worried about her. She had improved and an appointment was made for this morning. Val was really patient with her, was really honest with us, and explained how we can improve her quality of life . A real bonus is the house visit , I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been with Mobivets now for nearly 2 years. They are one of the best Vets I have had, I have 3 beagles, which I lost my oldest beagle Poppy about 2 weeks ago. I have been having Val who is one of the vets at the practice. The care he showed was fabulous, specially when it was time to say goodbye to poppy who was my oldest beagle 16 plus. Deciding that your beloved pet has come to the end of their life is possibly one of the hardest decisions to make. But as our companion's and best friends end of life dignity is the final gift we can give them. My dog was absolutely terrified of going to the Vets so that was never going to be an option. I was advised of MobiVET and I am so glad I used them. The customer service was so warm and sympathetic to the situation. Val was the vet who came to my home and provided end of life care. This made the whole process so much more bareable. Val was kind and caring whilst at the same time extremely professional, he got the job done with sensitiviy whilst i sat with my dog and chatted to her and sobbed without feeling uncomfortable of doing so in front of a complete stranger! my dog was so relaxed throughout. Val explained clearly at every stage what was going to happen. My old girl passed peacefully with her head on my lap just like she was asleep. I would highly recommend using MobiVET if and when you are at this stage in your animals life.

Ignore the 1 stars, they moan about anything! I can't thank the team enough for putting us all at ease when we took our dog and her pups for the check up. Vlad explained things throughly, asked us if we had any questions! examined the pups, also Tess. He was so kind, and caring vet towards Tess as it was her first time in the practice. She took to Vlad as she felt safe around him even when the puppies were being looked at. The girls on the front desk are truly wonderful as well, so lovely to chat to. I cannot recommend these guys enough! My two terriers are quite elderly and they’ve seen many vets over the years, they have the usual ‘jelly wobble’ legs when they arrive at the vets and it was so much nicer for them to be seen in the comfort of their own home. Teodora was very knowledgeable, very friendly, clearly loves her job and animals and I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and will call on mobivet whenever we need help!!!

I have been using Mobivet since 2020 and won't go anywhere else (I have used other local vets in the past). The first time I met Vlad he came out to us at 5am when my first greyhound was unable to stand and in pain, I will be forever thankful for that. Not long after, he came to our house again to put her to sleep in the comfort of her home. He was kind, honest and completely respectful. I now use Mobivet for my current greyhound, who is notorious for hurting his feet! Service has always been fantastic, they all work so hard and the team are very helpful. You will get honest veterinary advice, no beating around the bush or overcharging. 100% recommend.

Really surprised to see that this practice has so many negative reviews. This was definitely not our experience. We had Val attend our property last Friday to help us say a very unfortunate goodbye to our beloved 12 year old bulldog Jack. This was our very first experience using Mobivet. Val was very professional, gave us plenty of time and space to say goodbye, did not rush the process and explained the process in full before we went ahead. Under the circumstances it was difficult for us to express our thanks to Val while he was here so I would like to take this opportunity to thank him publicly. We are very grateful for the service we were provided especially as the process was very hard for us to go through.

Although Mobivet were not my dogs registered vets, they came out to my home one evening last week to put my dog to sleep. The vet was so respectful of my dog, myself and my family who were there during this extremely difficult time. In my experience, over the last two years, I have found Mobivet an excellent service. I initially called Mobivet out after finding them via a person on Facebook which was within 2 months of Dr Vlad starting his practice. I called him out to put one of my dogs to sleep. He was so respectful & kind towards my dog, myself & family during this extremely sad time. A week later I had to have another of my dogs looked at. I called out Dr Vlad, He was very gentle with my dog & the nurse held her while Dr. Vlad examined & treated her. I called him out a second time later that day as I was concerned about her. He came & was very kind & explained directly & in depth how she was. I made the decision to let her go as she was poorly & not really improving. Again Dr.Vlad & team were very gentle, caring & kind towards my dog & myself. I then decided to change all my dogs & cats over to his Mobivet care. Dr. Vlad is very direct but always says it, as it is. You know exactly where you stand regarding your pets. You also know that they are in good, honest, safe hands. As I have many cats & dogs I need a reliable, trustworthy vet. I have found this with the Mobivet team of vets, nurses & staff. I’ve recommended Mobivet to many of my friends & neighbours. They are all a brilliant, caring team & I would not use any other vet service.

We cannot thank Vlad and Mobivet enough for the exceptional and compassionate care our beautiful fur baby received at the end of his life; after being badly let down and neglected by another veterinary practice in the area. Used Mobivet for the first time today and i have to say a brilliant service! I have always used a local vet, but not had the best service, never available appointments and would be told the cost even before they looked at my little pooch. What a difference with Mobivet, had a same day appointment, staff so very friendly to me and my beloved pooch. No asking for money up front and gave my pet a through examination along with good advice, but no pressure to accept any treatment. Very reasonably priced too! Will definitely be taking my dog there from now on. Mutley dog was impressed too! 👏

Honestly the best vet's around, we wouldn't ever go anywhere else now. They all work so so hard and the kindest most genuine vet's I've ever come across. They have come out to us on alot of occasions and are so friendly, comforting and amazing at what they do. One of our girls Roxie has seen Vlad and his team quite alot over the last year, when she started having seizures they were there. Very helpful and very thorough with the tests she had done. Then 4 weeks ago she went in to be spayed and have a hernia repaired, Lacra was amazing and kept a close eye on her through and after to make sure no seizures occurred. The nurses that we seen for a checkup a few days after her surgery were lovely. The reception team are so friendly and approachable, always have a smile on their faces and are always the first ones out to fuss Roxie or our other dogs. I cannot recommend Mobivets enough, the entire team deserve the world for everything they do and how amazing they are. Keep up the good work Mobivet team, you are all absolutley incredible people ❤️

Mobivets offer an excellent service. They provided end of life care for my dog who went downhill really quickly and totally unexpectedly. Mobivets were at my house within 30 minutes of calling them, even though it was out of hours, and were kind and compassionate throughout the whole procedure. My springer spaniel had a massive growth on her nipple and we thought it was too late for her to be saved. We rang mobivet to do a home visit and put our beloved girl to sleep. Valed came and he was so lovely, made us feel at ease straight away. He gave us the great news that he could remove the lump and booked her in for emergency surgery the next day. To say we were over the moon is an understatement. The team were so caring towards my baby that I knew we had made the right decision. So I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team. I have now moved my dog to mobivet as I wouldnt trust anyone else to give her the care they did. If your thinking of using them I'd recommend 100%

Wow what an amazing vets. Our vet in Cardiff couldn’t do a c-section for our frenchie girl so we rang mobi and they told us to come straight down. They check our dog out and agree a c-section would be best for her. They kept us upto date with everything that was happening, our girl need some extra fluid and meds so we expected a fair bit extra to pay but it was only another £17. You can tell they really care about the animals they have in and also the customers aswell. I literally couldn’t recommend this vets any more. Easy 5 star from me. Thanks again for helping our girl with her 5 beautiful babies.

Friday 10:15pm 20th May 2022 my 3.5 year old tom cat Sam, came home with what I initially thought was a fractured left leg. He had a gaping open wound (I thought exposed bone)I'd been given MobiVETS telephone number by a friend who'd used the service. I rang at 10:30pm Vlad talked me through the possible outcomes if it was a fracture. 1 costly orthopaedic surgery. 2 amputation or 3 euthanasia. Although this was brutally to the point, I'm grateful for Vlads honesty. I accepted his prognosis, and explained amputation would probably be the best option for sam if needed, as he is young enough to rehabilitate. 11:45pm I was in the surgery with Sam my cat face to face with Vlad. Relief all round, one look, and he explained that what was exposed were ligaments, which were torn, and needed repairing, and an xray to rule out a possible fracture. 12:15am Vlad took custody of my Sam, and I left the surgery. At 01:15am 21st of May I had a call to collect him, surgery had been performed, and was a complete success. Today Monday 23rd May, he had his 1st post consultation, all bandaging removed, and a collar fitted to prevent him biting his stitches. He needs to go back again on the 27th. Vlad explained that although Sam is still considered critical, and at risk of sepsis and necrosis of his wound, so far with all his medications and post operative care, his prognosis is good (age is on his side) he will be housebound, and back to using a litter tray for 2 weeks. However Sam still has all 4 limbs in perfect working order! I can not praise these guys enough for the time, dedication, empathy and compassion shown to both Sam and myself. I am forever thankful you were there when we needed you most

Wish I found this vet sooner- really friendly lady answers the phone, lovely personality, genuine. Vlad the vet arrived- just brilliant, asked questions other vets hadn't, I had intended to put my cat to sleep. He identified a couple of things , and has given us hope, if this works, he has saved my cat life. I'm a new client at MobiVets and from the first phonecall, I am incredibly impressed with them. I love their philosophy and the way they run the practice, home visits for an anxious dog are absolutely what we've wanted for a long time. We have had Lacra out to see both of our furries (cat and dog) and what a lovely vet, and person she is. Our dog doesn't like new people in general and starts to guard me, but he loved Lacra from the first moment she came in and even took treats off her which he never does with strangers, especially if they're vets! Lacra has such a soft and calm manner with them so they relax which is so lovely to see after so many stressful visits to our old vets. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and she listens even when you're having a bit of irrational owner stress! I wish we had found her and MobiVets long before now. We'll most certainly be sticking with them, and hope Lacra is the one to visit us each time, although obviously hope it's not too often! I feel fully confident that she'll do the right thing for them and will give us honest and detailed advice when we need it. I fully trust her to look after our aging ex-search dog and allergy ridden and epically naughty, rescue cat. The other staff I've spoken to are excellent and super efficient as well. Overall, a first class veterinary practice.

My parents were shielding, vet practices could not offer house calls, and Boz was struggling with his walking.
