What can I say? My 7 month old cat collapsed and looked dead. I phoned budget vets, raced over to be greeted by the vet. Budget vets are miracle workers!! Little pixie is chasing leaves around my garden as if nothing has happened. As well as looking after her, they dealt wonderfully with me, a whimpering mess at the time. From the onset they were what a state of the art vet practice should be... Empathic, knowledgeable, in charge, loving, reassuring, quick to act etc etc etc!!! I can't praise them enough. They are just a small team but they know their stuff and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for saving Pixie last Friday.

Compassionate, caring, kind. Very quick with biopsy and blood testing results. Unfortunately we had to put my baby boy Snowy to sleep yesterday and the vet was fantastic. She was calming and empathising. She explained everything thoroughly. My beautiful boy fell asleep in a soothing, loving environment in my arms. The vet gave us time before and after. She also gave us foot prints and a glass bottle of his fur. I cannot fault this Veterinary practice. The car park for the whole complex has ample spaces. Due to Covid, patients had to wait outside or in their cars as only 2 people were allowed inside at any time. I would only suggest that maybe they could put a couple of chairs outside.

Friendly, welcoming and efficient service. Been bringing my 3 year old staffy since he was a pup. Had annual checkups and other treatments as he has a sensitive tummy. We’ve always been happy with the advice and treatments given

Excellent service my dog was very poorly called them at 430 on a Friday fitted him in for an appointment at 540 and an injection and 3 lots of medication later I was only charged £75 really caring vet can't recommended them enough thankyou from me and Milo 😁

Had a very ill old friend that needed to be put down a while ago, they did a great job. Very sympathetic good value and very professional. I felt my cat was treated with respect. Recommended.

I just want to thank the staff at budget vets in Bridgend...they spent time checking our pepsi ....diagnosed him with a mouth tumour and give me all the necessary advice and medication inorder to allieviate as much distress as possible. The tumour has reduced, hes eating and drinking, though we know its a matter of time...hes has happy has he can be given the circumstances. Thank you for taking the time on an old friend x

After phoning the vets that I had used for 12 years, they couldn't or wouldn't help. their emergencies were between the hours of 6pm and 6am.(( Maes glas vets )) I phoned budget vets I can honestly say they were helpful from the start they even sent someone to my home to help me lift my dog into the car. It was an horrific experience and sadly I had to decide to put my 12 yr old Bassett to sleep. If it was not for the girls in the surgery Their care and passion for what they do truly helped me. I am now coming to terms with the loss of my beautiful dog. And thank budget vets for everything they done for me

Nice people, always friendly and try to help, the prices are high but still not as high as the others, vets have same qualifications but 400 quid for couple stitches is still a lot of money but thankfully they give you a choice of buying your script online which can save you a fortune if you have an ongoing prescription

Not enough staff. No organisation. I turned up to pick up a course of tablets to find out that they were not ready and the receptionist did not know what tablets, how many or even what strength. Ridiculous

Affordable veterinary service, very good with the animals and definitely seem to know what they're doing. Can be a long wait due to them only having one vet though.
