Grove lodge isn't the closest vet practice to our home, their health club plan was always on my mind as something I'd like my dog to benefit from. After a fellow dog owner recommended. I've decided to swap a 3 min walk for a 10 min drive. I wasn't disappointed, the staff is lovely and caring, even though we cannot enter the building at this moment in time, they made it work with an outdoor exchange, before and during the appointment when I could point out my concerns and we agreed on the course of action. I'm so pleased.

I took my cat Nemi to this vets as an emergency as she had a burst abcess on her face. The member of staff I spoke toon the phone was very helpful and gave us an appointment. Once we arrived the receptionist was very nice and we did not have to wait long before seeing the vet. He was very thorough calmed my cat down to give her the medication she needed. I felt very reassured that Nem was getting the best treatment.

Extremely hard for people who work full-time to get an appointment here. My puppy has large nails and she destroys carpet and furniture, plus they can cut the skin if she jumps at you. I've completely given up trying to get an appointment here. I've cancelled my pet plan and I am cancelling my pet insurance too. Would rather risk it than waste anymore money on a non-existent service.

The staff were very friendly, the vet was so helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know about my cats medicine. She was gentle and kind towards my cat, and that means a lot to me.

Very friendly reception staff and I had a good service. However there was a couple who had come in for there, I think cat to be euthanized. I was concerned that there was no private space for these people to express their sorrow.

I highly recommend Grove Lodge Vets, the genuine warmth of the reception makes it a pleasure to visit and the calm professional care we've always had from every vet we've seen has been excelkent. Our cat has only been genuinely sick once but the immediate response and treatment we got had the whole family reassured and the cat seemed to know he'd been cared for and bounced back rapidly.

A professional, courteous, and friendly service. 10 out of 10 :-) I registered my cat (Mrs. Cookie) for the first time at the practise, and found the staff, (receptionist) friendly and responsive to my enquiries regarding my cats well being. I was well informed by the receptionist re: pet plan schemes that exist which saves a ton on fees. The vet that saw my cat was on time and was equally professional, knowledgeable and an excellent source of advise, she dealt with my cat with a very high professional standard, in fact when the vet administered the annual injection Mrs. Cookie didn't even flinch, I was half expecting Mrs. Cookie to hiss and pull her claws out, but instead Mrs. Cookie just sat and admired the room :-) The veterinary practise from the outside looks like two adjoined shop fronts, however inside it is a clean well ordered practise with reasonable fees that I would not describe as excessive, I would recommend this vet practise to anyone. I feel completely reassured Mrs. Cookie is in good hands at Grove Lodge Vets, after all God knows how much money I've spent on her :-) ...Well she is worth it :-))

My cat Merlin was looked after by this branch for all of his 14 years. They are very caring towards the animals and their owner's. They are very welcoming and helpful. I would like to thank them for the care they gave Merlin ,especially the past 13months. And thankyou for the thoughtful card you sent me after I had to let Merlin go.

Our Cavalier Lucy is always excited to come to the surgery, she literally drags me through the door. The staff are so friendly and amazing at their jobs working with animals. I am always listened to with any concern I may have and walk away feeling confident with the advice or treatment for my dog that has been given. I had some problems with the previous vet my cat was registered with so I left them and came to Grove Lodge Vets. I am delighted. Not only do they know what they're doing but also the staff is truly amazing. I highly recommend Lucy Hartnell - she took a really good care of my Sphynx. She was the first veterinarian who actually took her time to listen to what I had to say as an owner and really understood the issue I came to her with. Her attitude and willingness to help is to be applauded. This is what I call a good, dedicated veterinarian. I also recommend Carla Cruz who's super sweet, knowledge and great at what she does. Oh, and the receptionist is so lovely! Out of all of the vets I dealt with in Brighton, this is the best place I found. 10/10 points. Love you guys!

Always full of smiles from the reception and the practise is so clean. They explain things to you very clear and I'm very happy to say grove lodge is the best vet for my cats. I'd highly recommended grove lodge espeicly the pet care plan which is a big help when you have no cash at the time! Well done grove lodge. Have already recommended you to others ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just wanted to praise the staff at this place. My little cat Vlad has been back and forth for vaccines, neutering, etc and the care and customer service has been impecable everytime. Would recommend. :)

The front desk employees and the veterinarians have always been friendly and helpful, and helped our cat get through his adjustment period of meeting his new neighbors (which in cat terms meant several fights) Thanks Grove Lodge for always patching him up!

I previously went to a local vets before but the more pets I have got I found it was easier and nicer for them all to be on the cheap and helpful pet plan at grove lodge I can always get an appointment and they are very helpful my animals never have a problem with going my puppy had her jabs yesterday and the vet was giving her treats the whole way through the consultation so she was happy and relaxed and always got given then best Advice and it’s every understable !! I 100% recommend the grove lodge vets !!

Fortunately I've only had to visit a couple of times over the years, everyone has always been polite and friendly, always extremely apologetic if they're running late, vets have always been really thorough and listened carefully to any questions I've had and showed genuine compassion and concern for my ferrets' health =)
