F. F.I was nervous about microchipping and vaccinating the puppies but the staff were amazing and the puppies had a great first experience outside the home. Barely noticed anything happened.
k. f.I've been using Backwell Veterinary Practice for about 20 years. Sue and her staff have always been very helpful and professional. Showing patience and compassion when very hard decisions had to be made. I will be taking the newest addition to my family in to meet her team next week as I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.
C.I have been here 3 times recently with a clients cat. Despite the unusual situation of me just being the "pet taxi" and not the owner, the staff have always been very friendly, kind and professional.
They've gone above and beyond their duties, taking the time to call my client and explain everything to her, then also letting me know too. As well as putting up with all my random questions whilst I'm there 😀
N. B.The staff are always so welcoming to us and our pets! I'm sure that we are just 1 of hundreds of patients but when we visit, they make us feel like we're old friends and our dog loves saying hello to Sue and Debbie!!

I was told by another local veterinary practice that my dog needed a full hip replacement so I went to Sue for a second opinion. After we had a full discussion about the operation versus alternative treatments to try first, we decided to go down the latter route. Thank god we did, as all my dog has now is the vets joint supplements and the very, very occasional pain killer...no hip replacement required in the foreseeable future.
Sue knows her stuff!! Great move to change veterinary clinic for me!
