All the vets, nurses and receptionists are helpful, friendly, informative and genuinely care about your pet. They really know their stuff. I know my 2 cats are in safe hands which every pet owner knows is great for peace of mind!

I resisted changing my bank account for one that would allow DD's until I had to choose between not having the pet club and payment by the dreaded direct debit. That's how much I rate this practice! N. G.This branch of Nature's Vet has always looked after my cats wonderfully in the 7 years I have had them. When one of my cats had to be euthanased due to terminal cancer, the staff were excellent, very sensitive and understanding. My remaining two cats are very well looked after by the surgery in terms of flea and worm treatments, food, flu and leukaemia jabs, and health checks.

Always keep you informed of treatment .. went back so many times with my cat Tizzi, because I was worried and they were so reassuring and patient with me!
