Was a Little nervous to bring our two in for their first vaccinations, so I read some of the reviews here and can now confirm they are all true! I read about Charlotte and how wonderful she is and then experienced it first hand, she is so knowledgeable and professional all whilst maintaining this incredibly calming atmosphere for the kittens…as well as for their parents 😅 the receptionists are also all really lovely, the whole team make you feel relaxed and assured that your pets are safe and cared for, would highly recommend

Exceptional - all so lovely and provide incredible care. Everyone has gone out of their way to help in all circumstances, whether it is an emergency appointment, routine check, replying to emails, or responding to requests quickly.

Molly (see first pic) had to go for her annual check up, injections and nail trim. The vet took great care in looking after Molly and handled her very caringly. There are blankets available to out over the carrier/cage that's been sprayed with Feliway to help calm any stressed cats. Plus cats have their own waiting area. Prices aren't too bad, probably a little cheaper than an independent vets. Do I recommend ... Oh yes, big 👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing service. Have helped so much with my aging cat , very compassionate but in a way that helps you make difficult decisions. The vets spend a lot of time talking through options and give excellent emotional support, the receptionists are very supportive too. If I ever have another pet, this is where I will go. From the first email I sent asking for assistance to walking out of the appointment with a health plan and a better understanding of my pet's needs, everything has been friendly and professional. All the staff were knowledgeable, keen to assist and seemed to take an active interest in making sure my pet was relaxed and comfortable. I chose Vets4Pets on the recommendation of a friend who uses them regularly, and having had no issues with any of the service so far I would not hesitate to pass on that recommendation to others.

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All staff were very friendly, professional helpful and interested in my pets. I was particularly happy when the reception staff offered to contact the Bristol & Wales Cat Rescue to clarify the arrangements for a reduced neutering fee and also that the nurse appeared to have a genuine interest in my pets during their stay and was able to show me a photograph of the kittens in their jaula so show how comfy they were. This exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much

I'm really happy with the staff at this vets. They've always been informative and patient on the phone and in person, and very understanding of an owners anxieties and non judgemental. The aftercare advice is simple and they take the time with you make sure you understand. The prices are good for the care and work they preform, and they make sure that everything is managable for you. I feel like they really do care about everyone. I dont think I'll take my beloved pets anywhere else now, as I know they will be taken care of. More of this from the world please. Thank you. 🙂 🐈🐱

Really recommend this practice. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff who go above and beyond. Case in point; when we brought our new puppy up for her vaccinations, one of her first car journeys, she had nervous diahoreh in the back of our car. One of the staff saw my prediciment and unprompted came out and cleaned it up for me as I was completely unprepared for such an eventuality. Really reasonably priced to boot; we have the pet plan for our cat and dog and find it great value.

What can I say about this vets. My dog was spade a couple of days ago and had quite an adverse reaction. I am very much attached to my dog and have been calling non stop with the complications and they have been patient, empathetic, encouraging and totally open with me, as well as my partner and my dog (they’re amazing with my rabbit too!!). The receptionists are down to earth, they remember you. On the day of my dogs surgery one of the receptionists even went in to cuddle my dog to comfort her. They gave me updates and plenty of clear, concise information on any treatment my pets have. They answer the phone always within a minute, sometimes instantly. The waiting room is never crammed, it’s clean and welcoming and they manage pet numbers amazingly. We’ve never had trouble parking probably because they don’t overfill their appointments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are also a lot cheaper than other vets, and don’t try to endlessly prescribe things to take money.

This is a fabulous practice. Rascal had to pop in last month and was handled very gently and kindly, I think it’s the first time he actually came anywhere close to enjoying the vets, his previous vet used to take one look, see a Staffie and muzzle him making the whole experience distressing. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very, very friendly and helpful with my tiny roborovski hamster Neil, who doesn't like being held and is a pro escape artist (exactly what you don't want at the vets!). The prices were incredibly reasonable. There is a couple of parking spaces outside, which is a big bonus. Hopefully I won't have to come back any time soon, but if I do, I know Neil will be in safe & caring hands! Covid: the waiting room is laid out so that only two people & their pets can wait at once, everything was visibly very clean, hand sanitiser is provided and the staff were fully masked up. Their signs said that everything is cleaned to a medical standard, and I can fully believe that!

The reception staff are always happy to see my dog and give him lots of fuss, so he actually really likes going to the vet. The vet herself was lovely, she treated him quickly so he wasn’t in too much discomfort and fussed him lots. She explained the course of medication he’d need so well and the instructions were very clear

Everything was explained fully from my initial phone call. My dog's previous history was located and advice taken from that vet to ensure the best start for my dog. Best vests I've ever been to and I sadly had to visit quite a few now due to a rather unwell cat. The service I have received at this practice has been excellent. The vets are great and very knowledgeable. The reception staff are very helpful and understanding. I really can't thank Bishopston Vets 4 Pets staff enough for all they have done to help my cat. The advice and explanations given really helped us understand our options to ensure that we chose the right treatment. If you are choosing a new vets then I highly recommend this one. I still travel across the city to see them now that I've moved as I've had such bad experiences elsewhere.

The person that I spoke to (receptionist I guess) was obviously quite knowledgeable about treatment options that were relevant to my dog. The pro-biotic that was suggested and then given to my dog appears to have worked very well (though strictly of course one should not presume causality based merely on contiguity).
