Lovely vets. Have always been absolutely kind caring and reasonably priced. The vets were lovely to my puppy when she was vaccinated which is important for socialising them, and the receptionists are just lovely so nice, always make a fuss of your pets and friendly. Recently had my cat in and the vet nurse couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. 5/5 can’t rate them highly enough, trust them with my fur babies

All staff have always been lovely, helpful and caring both with Coco and ourselves especially the receptionists . They always managed to get an appointment for us whenever we needed it. The vets have always explained treatment options clearly and have been efficient in treating the problems. You can clearly see that everyone working there really cares for the animals' well-being.

Had been unable to make appointment with my own vet of over 35 years for a new puppy check, vets for pets saw her within 2 days. Very pleased with all aspects, although unable to go into consultation room, the vet was very kind and knowledgeable and explained all plans for ongoing health care thoroughly and a further appointment was booked for vaccinations with the same vet by the receptionist who was also kind and friendly. Only downside due to Covid restrictions there was nowhere to sit whilst waiting. Will definitely use their services in the future as also considerably cheaper than my previous vet.

Very friendly staff. I phoned to discuss picking up a repeat prescription of flea and worming medicine and it was there waiting for me when popped in to the shop. Very impressed with the service.

The nurse is a lovely girl I saw last time, you can tell she really cares about the pets. Lots of explanation given and all questions answered thoroughly. Wouldn't take him anywhere else, even though there are 3 vets closer. Thank you for looking after my elderly gent!

Got to see the vet I requested at a time convenient for me. Promptly seen, considering you still have to wait in your car until called in - it was a warm day. The vet had taken the time to take a couple of pictures of the inside of my cat's mouth to show me some gum disease which in turn gives you a better understanding of what your pet has and reasons for any change in eating habits.

Thanks so much to all the staff for fitting my cat in repeatedly due to her being unwell when there were no appointments available. Really appreciated. Everything was explained to me and the least invasive treatment was always tried first. All staff were as always very friendly and informative.

Never had any problems here, receptionist and vets are always great in emergencies, not badly priced. Had to take our beloved dog here yest for emergency (during the second lockdown) staff were helpful and friendly, shame I wasn't allowed to stay for treatment as had to wait in car due to regulations at the moment but they kept me up to date over phone and allowed me back in at earliest opportunity.

I love the vet we see, he is just brilliant. He explains everything clearly and he's great with our dogs, even when they don't always co-operate fully with him. The prices aren't too bad for a vet practice as we have the complete care package (which I highly recommend) that gives us discounts on vet care. The receptionists are friendly and helpful as well and outline all the prices. The waiting room benches are uncomfortable but I've never waited longer than 5mins for my appointment. All in all, I'd recommend vets4pets and couldn't imagine seeing anybody else now.

A very friendly practice. The staff are always happy to help, they have gotten to know our dog even stopping to say hi when they pass us in the store. Very nice and professional vets practice. Our dog has a number of allergies and the staff here always make a point of asking how she is doing even if she isn't there with us!

Really good size and have a lot of stock. The staff always seem genuinely nice and are helpful. Always wary of large chain shops as they're normally soulless and give a bad experience but this is the exception to the rule.

We've now had two cats neutered there, one just a week ago, and both times the service was faultless, professional, and budget friendly. The only downside is we end up spending all that saved money immediately on cat toys and treats on the way out.

On a recent visit with my 2 cats to Brislington vets for pets for vaccinations and flea and worm treatment I was exceptionally happy with our visit!!!!!! The receptionist was amazing at her job and was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!!!!! The vet that my cats seen was equally fantastic at his job and made us feel at ease, he was very thorough and generally interested in my cats, thus vets practise is amazing and I would 100% recommend them👍👍👍

Doctors in there are so lovely and treat pets with respect. Good knowledge in their respective field. Got enough equipments for a First Opinion Clinic. There is a pets at home attached to it which will help you find any other accessory for your pet. Ample parking spaces.

We normally go to the Bedminster branch but booked in when we couldn’t get an appointment there. They were really lovely and helpful with booking, when I had a nightmare with missing cats and problems with traffic they were very understanding and patient.
