R. B.I initially thought Vets4Pets would 'do' whilst I tried to get into a 'local' independent practice, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used them over the last 5 months for my pup, for vaccinations etc, a few check ups and most recently a very stressful incident with some antifreeze ! I couldn't praise the staff and the care more. Everyone I've seen has been really lovely, helpful, caring, takes time to explain things and is great with the animals. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and my pup loves the place (maybe its the balls by reception...!) I would totally stick with them now. I've been really impressed. Thanks for your care and attention. Selkie the cocker spaniel is one very happy (and alive!) dog!
C. J.Visiting the vet is normally a stressful experience, however, this visit was calm due to being able to wait outside and being called by the vet when ready. The vet was brilliant and very understanding of our situation and was able to give us a very satisfactory outcome. The receptionist was also brilliant, and incredibly helpful and understanding of having an anxious pet, both when I registered my dogs and when we attended the appointment. Thank you.
A. T.We have a year-and-a-half golden retriever and have been to the vet about half a dozen times. We had left disappointed multiple times since the vet tried to get rid of us quickly, looked at our boy for a second and then prescribed lots of things; charged a fortune... we wanted to change the vet, but because so many vets aren't taking new patients, we didn't.
Today we had an appointment with Gabriel Roig, who was just great! He gave us enough time, checked our dog thoroughly, and told us the cost of treatment and tests before going ahead with any of it. He took his time and answered all our questions. We won't be changing vets. We would highly recommend him.
l. c.I went to Amelia for secondary advice which I received from another vet in a different branch.
Due to her extensive knowledge the outcome was completely different and I have now moved both of my cats over to this branch. Amelia is so caring and personable. I could not feel happier leaving my animals in her care. She is an asset to your company. Many thanks

S. B.Our bulldog puppy had cherry eye from a very young pup. Mark at Vets4Pets at Imperial Park has done a great job, both eyes were operated on 5 weeks ago. The picture speak from themselves in how much better her eyes are for the operation. Thank you to Mark and the team for taking good care of her.

J. M.I recently had to take my very nervous dog that hates the vets due to a problem at another vets. I explained this to the vet here and he was great with her. He spent a bit of time with us sat on the floor and let her just settle a bit before he did a examination on her and it was mostly at her pace. And although she is still very very distrustful of the vet. I was very happy with the experience we both had here. 🐕🦺

D. h.Thought we would try these vets for our new puppy. We had used another vet but thought we might change to see what it was like here. Well let’s say we regret it hugely. The receptionist was miserable, very abrupt and quite ignorant, then we went into the vet to have our puppies first vaccination. His first words were ‘ what can we do for you’ ? Well surely he knows why we are here? Then he was again abrupt, unfriendly, showed no kindness towards the puppy and was very rough. He told us it was a puppy pack and price included food and wormer etc to which I said we didn’t need food as we were feeding him raw and we never required the wormer as we are using an alternative to there’s, he just abruptly said ‘well it’s in the price’. Needless to say once puppies course of vaccinations are complete we will not be using this very unfriendly place again.
A. W.We visited the practice for a second opinion and from making the appointment to seeing both the vet and nurse, the service and care was fantastic. We’ve now swapped vets for both our pets and have faith for the first time, in the advice they have offered us.

This is not my usual vets but they could do an op during covid restrictions which my vet couldn't so brought my boy here instead and after the fantastic experience I will be moving here permanently after my current vet plan expires :)
B. J.The whole team were really great. I was only there for Vera, my cat, to have flea drops but the vet gave some great advice and gave Vera a check over. The receptionist was lovely and showed an interest in all the animals waiting and a very friendly manner. If you are looking for a Vet his is the Vet for you. Plenty of outside parking too. J. T. (.Great vets, very helpful. Was able to print out invoices so we could see the breakdown of the cost of treatments. First consultation is £30 and check ups are £25, very cheap and helpful if you need to go back often like us with an old dog!

Today was my first experience of the care that Imperial Park - "Vets for Pets" offered. Was really pleased with the care the vet showed my scared dog. She took time to give my dog the best care she could, really impressed. Also needed to purchase a years supply of flea and worming stuff. The vet came out to show me a cheaper option via their care plan scheme. At the previous "Vets for Pets", this was not offered to me. Got a saving of £90 on the previous year, and additional supplies. Good service, Pet friendly and cost effective.
M. H.We brought our teeny puppy Barry in on a Saturday morning after he had suddenly gone very floppy. His prognosis was initially very poor however Mark took him into his care and he and Rebecca nursed Barry back to health, they kept us up to date throughout the day, were so helpful, calming and authoritative about what needed to be done and really did work a miracle. They made an absolutely horrendous experience more bearable and Barry clearly enjoyed being in their care and has made remarkable progress. No review would be complete without mentioning Tracey, the wonderful receptionist who, as your first point of contact, has exactly the kind and caring nature you need. A really wonderful team, we are all so grateful, particularly little Barry. Thank you.
f. s.Staff were exceptional here: Emily treated my old pointer and was so caring, knowledgeable and supportive. She reassured us with clear explanations throughout about his condition and was transparent about the fees - which were really rather reasonable!! Thanks so much Emily!

D. S.This was the first visit for Casper, our kitten. The Vet gave him a health check, also his first vaccination and flea/worm treatment. Casper must have felt safe/relaxed as he was happy to be held by the Vet whom he has not met before, he was fine having his first jab, it was over so quickly and he was still purring. Overall a positive experience for Casper so I trust he will be fine when he needs to visit the practice again.

t.Really friendly staff, I feel like Vets4Pets is the only vet I have found in my area which really makes clear what a kitten/puppy needs for a healthy start in life, they are upfront with their costs and provide you with all the information you need. If you’re unsure of anything health or behaviour wise just ask!

My poor cat Tilly has been suffering with what we were told was a nail bed infection for 2 years and even resulted in one of her toes being amputated.
