L. W.I am very satisfied indeed with Vets4Pets. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. My wish to see the same vet at every visit is respected (which is very important to me). My vet takes an interest in my pet and takes time and trouble, and communicates by email when appropriate.

M. h.Fantastic vet, very thorough in her examinations of my dog. she empathetically talked me through my options including a very detailed explanation of how my dogs cancer is likely to progress.

H.As soon as me and Izzy got to the reception the lady I believe was Emma was very helpful and then when I went in to see Keith he was very good explaining as he was checking Izzy then on the exit there was other nurses playing with Izzy while I was paying which I think is good. So in total 10 out of 10 ..

T. M.First ever visit with my 10 week old puppy and the from the moment I contacted the vets the receptionist was calm and informative and seeked immediate advice from the vet. When I was asked to bring my Pet to the surgery the Vet was waiting for him and was reassuring, calm and cared for my puppy so well. I’m glad I chose the practice for my Puppies care and future care.
D. L.Cooper is a very nervous dog 🐕 and the vet and staff made Cooper feel relaxed and calm and they were very understanding of his nervous behaviour it made the first visit very calm for use all. K. W.Brilliant! They are so lovely and helpful. Our cat came in for his castration and microchipping and after the surgery they told us our cat is super cuddly and thanked us for bringing him in! it made us feel so happy and our kitten was taken care of in the best hands.

I witnessed them being so compassionate with another client going through a hard time and they helped me wrangle my exuberant German Shepherd puppy in to have his second injections today. D. M.I can't tell you how much I appreciated Keith, nurses, other vets and receptionists support when my lovely Yorkie Ruby was unwell. Ruby definitely came first at all times. At a time when we had to make a difficult decision, Keith was honest and realistic about her future (which I already expected). The team made every effort to ensure that we could spend time with our girlie in a safe way (during these covid times) so that we could be with her at the end of her life. It was so much appreciated and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you

r. l.I was previously registered with a vets and even though their work was satisfactory i did not find the individuals at the practice particularly friendly towards myself or my pet. I tried Vets 4 Pets and I am glad I did, it was a much more pleasurable experience for myself and my dog.

C. G.This was my first visit after changing Vets. The staff were all friendly and showed an interest in Max. You could tell it was genuine interest as well. The Vet took time to explain everything and fully discussed options for Max's treatments.
E. L.We've had amazing experiences with Yate Vets4pets over the past 8 months and would highly recommend them, for rabbit care especially. After an awful experience with our previous vets at the beginning of last year, we changed to Yate Vets4pets on the basis that they were on the Rwaf approved list as this was essential for us. I never thought I'd be able to trust a vet again after the last but I was wrong. They're amazing and it really feels like they care. They've nuetured our two male rabbits and spayed our two females and the service and care for each has been amazing. They've also helped one bunny through a bout of stasis, all vaccinations and a few other issues and for each they've given perfect care and treatment. They always ring a few times in the days after any visit to check how the buns are and they've had multiple check ups with each rabbit since their ops, its so nice to have the reassurance that they're keeping an eye on them. All staff are so friendly and helpful and they are efficient and quick to respond. So happy to have found a vets that we feel we can rely on and trust - thank you all so much.

D.We cannot thank Keith and his team enough today when our 14 week old puppy was taken ill quite suddenly, he was taken in straight away and all the nessasary tests were done and when we thought we wouldn't see him again we were so relieved when we got the phonecall to say after an IV drip and antibiotics he was much better than when we left him. We are so glad to have him home and luckily it was UTI, we highly recommend this practice and their caring and professional attitude towards our little boy today

Z.Having rushed Bertie in just before Christmas this was a follow up appointment to check his progress. Emily has been brilliant with his treatment and recommendations follow his diagnosis. She has been brilliant, friendly and professional at all times but above all so very empathetic. We were very worried and Emily was very helpful. I'd highly recommend her 😊

A. “.First visit, new kitten. Very good service. Friendly staff, all my questions where answered. COVID instructions clear and easy to navigate. Can recommend based on initial interaction.
N. K.Planned surgery by specialised vet. All the staff new my pet and called her by name and greeted her affectionately. The vet rang me after the surgery and explained what had been done and when I could pick her up. On receiving my pet another vet explained all the post op care including the meds. I was comforted that if I was worried at any stage I could contact the surgery for advice and reassurance. ALL the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

T. W.Everyone was helpful kind and friendly. We took Izzy in to be spayed but she was having a phantom pregnancy so they explained why they couldn't do it and gave us all the options. At our third attempt she finally had the operation .when we picked her up we had our grandson with us and he had loads of questions and they answered them all .

J. M.Took my cat here in an emergency after he was bitten by a dog. They saw him straight away even though I wasnt registered with them. They operated next day to amputate his leg, and again a few days later because he had a hernia caused by the dog bite. My cat is home and on the mend all thanks to the vets here, a husband and wife looked after my cat. I can't thank these people enough for what they did for my cat and also the way they treated us as worried owners.

I've taken our rescue dog in for some dental work today and was concerned about just leaving him, as I didn't want to make him feel that I was going to abandon him there. The whole team could not have been more accommodating, where I was able to stay with him as long as possible, so that he was not traumatized.
I would definitely recommend Vets 4 Pets to any one, you will not be disappointed :)
