D. H.Just changed to this vets, so early days, but so far excellent.
Very pleasant and personable, but also thorough and efficient.
Plenty of parking space and so far not busy.
Waiting area is arranged well with pet types segregated.
L. S.I really appreciated the kindness and expertise at this practice. Zoe is the only vet I would take my guinea pigs to in Essex. All of the staff here are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care.
J. W.The staff are friendly and helpful. The vets have a fantastic bedside manner, not only with the patient but with the owner as well. Communication is excellent, everything is clearly explained and not rushed. If you are looking for a vet, this is the perfect family vet to visit.
A. L.Amazing Vets. They have always been so caring and accomodating, making sure our boy is seen and taken care of quickly and loveingly. I have been seen by all the vets individually at some point and can honestly say they are all fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile. This is the only vets all my animals have gone to and happily walked in wagging thier tails, opposed to shaking and pulling away like others we've attended. I will always stay with Aldham veterinary centre now as I know, no others can compare. Thank you again Aldham Team!
J. P.Excellent care for Stanley our lurcher who cut his pad .We needed to use the out of hours service on a Saturday afternoon We were directed to Penrose vets with our follow up appointment at Aldhams to change the dressings and check the stitches . Very happy with the care he received. Thank you

Nigel has been marvellous and the girls who looked after our Labrador when she had her operation were so kind. The tests were rushed through (Thanks again for that) and we always felt that our dog was in the safest of hands.
The Aldham surgery is very impressive and it's the only vets that our dog has ever rushed into!

J. B.Such a great place, my Dog Bella is so happy going here with all the fuss and cuddles she gets she completely forgets she is there for a reason. The prices are very reasonable and they are flexible and accommodating in all situations.
H. B.Jake, our Springer Spaniel, recently nearly died. We were in complete shock as one day he was running about as normal and the next was extremely unwell. The Aldham Vet’s team very quickly diagnosed a perforated bowel, operated on him and gave him the most amazing intensive care. They worked their magic and 10 days later, Jake is fighting fit and back to normal.
We are so grateful to them all and would like to thank Nigel, Emily and the team for everything they did for Jake and for us. We were kept very well informed about what was going on by everyone, including the lovely receptionists and nurses, we knew Jake was in the best possible hands.
We have been using both the Forge and Aldham vets for nearly 15 years and have always been given exceptional service and highly recommend them.

I commented on a photo of baby hedgehogs as my son had never seen one and a week or two later I get a call from Emma, one of the lovely nurses asking if I wanted to bring my son in to meet a hedgehog they were treating. My son was thrilled to meet Boris and Emma couldn't have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. 5 very gold stars from me.
B. H.Both surgeries, Aldham & Halstead did a great job looking after our little yard cat throughout her surgery & aftercare. The nurses & front of house staff were lovely & chatty, putting me at ease & genuinely asking after my cats progress, a lovely team. Both vets I saw were also great, Emily in Halstead & Nigel who did the surgery & follow up

K. P.I honestly don't know where to start....they are life savers...literally! The Forge in Halstead and Aldham has taken care of my pooches for years. First my Staffs, Maisy and Lola and now my Frenchies, Bubbles and Gizmo. They all treat my dogs like family, the care and compassion they have shown is amazing. Nigel and Emily are the two best Vets i've ever met and the rest of the guys there; from Receptionists and Nurses are simply excellent. I will NEVER take my animals anywhere else.

The vets all know our little Milly very well, every time we go we use the online booking option which is amazing as I know I will get seen promptly, all the staff are top notch and Milly has never had better care they really take the time to get to know your pet!! Highly recommended!!

S. P.I came to this vets yesterday, a Sunday, as my usual vets were closed. The surgery is linked to the one in Halstead so they had all my dogs details on computer. The vet was very kind to my dog and to me and was able to sort out the problem. This practice is not the cheapest around but our treatment on this occasion was second to none.
