Cannot thank the staff enough for making our little pup better after an awful few days of gastroenteritis, she was so poorly. They were amazing, so kind, caring and went above and beyond. What a team. We know our pup is in the best hands here and will receive the best treatment. They truly are our furbabys heroes! So grateful to have them as our local vet.

Honestly the best veterinary practice I have ever experienced. The whole team are so friendly and i’ve never had a conversation that didn’t show care, compassion and knowledge. I’ve had many great experiences with them but for one: the practice closes at 12:30PM on a Saturday, my cat started showing signs of a hurt eye at around 12:25PM, I phoned them in a panic thinking they wouldn’t be able to see her due to closing very soon but they told me to bring her down as soon as I could, treated her eye out of hours when staff could have been going home to enjoy their weekend, and didn’t even charge me any sort of out of hours pricing. Now having 3 pets registered here, I’m sure that will be one of many great experiences with them.

We have only been with Mayne for just under a year having decided to register our new lab puppy with them. My previous Labradors were registered at another vets. I really like the practice, their approach and they definitely take more of a holistic and educated approach to treatment, diet and preventative treatment than others I have encountered in the past. Really caring team of clinicians alongside reception staff who take a genuine interest in the animal, owner and their needs. Thanks

My wife and I have only recently moved to the area and registered our four cats with Mayne. The service we have received so far from all staff there has been wonderful, especially when caring very recently for one of the cats who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The care and compassion shown was second to none and we are both very grateful for this. Thank you all .

We had to use this incredible vets in an emergency some weeks ago, I absolutely love them and have now transferred all 3 of my dogs into their care. Both Charlotte and Keith are wonderfully kind and full of empathy and support, Charlotte has a very welcoming and soft voice and shes just so gentle. I feel confident and happy to bring our dogs in, knowing they will always go above and beyond to help them and us.

The dreaded day finally came when I had to take our cat to the vets for the first time & I can thankfully say they were amazing from start to finish, even during the current lockdown 2.0. I made numerous phone calls in between visits to clarify various things whilst our cat was at home and they didn't hesitate to help. I highly recommend :)

I never realised how much of an important role a vet can play in your life until I found myself with a dog who needed more than a yearly visit. I was with Mayne for 5 and a half years, I don't really know how they do it to be honest. Usually you always come across one or two staff members in any working environment that you just don't click with. At Mayne, I've never had that. Every staff member that I've ever come into contact with at Mayne have been so so lovely. Even down to the Vets that are covering maternity leave, have been fantastic. Since I joined Mayne, I moved my sister and her boy over to them, my Auntie and her 4 dogs, my cousin and her dogs and my uncle with his dog. Some of these individuals were previously with other vets, some had been for a while or with previous dogs. There's no where else I'd recommend. I can't thank everyone at Mayne enough for answering every phone call, every check up, every last minute appointment, every difficult question and being there for me, Dan and Oreo through it all. You guys are what people want and need in a Vets.

The staff are all first class from the receptionists and veterinary nurses, to the vets themselves. They always have plenty of time to care for my dog and I trust them totally with her health issues. I would thoroughly recommend Mayne Veterinary Clinic for all your pet’s health care.

Mayne Veterinary Clinic was recommended to us four years ago when we first adopted our lovely adult cat. She is always very relaxed when visiting the vet and all the staff handle her with love and care, whilst conducting all necessary checks. All staff - reception, nurses, vets are so caring whilst also being efficient. Can't fault it at all, and will always go to Mayne for as long as we have pets in the house

Absolutely brilliant place, one of the best vets I have ever been to. Swapped to here from pets at home vets and so happy I did as they are so much better here. It's a little more expensive but their kindness and friendly approach is well worth it. I think any future pet I have I'll be referring at Mayne vets with Charlotte.

Was here yesterday with my partner and our dog, Marvin. Fantastic veterinary practise who went above and beyond at every stage. Our poor 4 legged friend was looked after and given lots of fuss by Mayne Veterinary Clinic. The wait wasnt long we were probably there for just over an hour and were kept up to date at all points. I cannot recommend Mayne Vetinary Clinic enough and wouldn't hesitate to bring our pets here again. !!! Thank you

They are very kind to the animals and don't hold back if something needs to be done. I am the owner of a very elderly dog and he is always looked after properly if he needs to stay over night. Twice he has had bad infections but they helped him recover. I would defiantly recommend this vet.
