Lucy and the team were all exceptional! They provided a friendly and welcoming environment during a very difficult and stressful time as my puppy was so unwell. 10/10 the best experience I have ever had at the vets!

I've always had good experiences bringing my pet rabbit here. The receptionist is always warm and welcoming and the vets are efficient and knowledgeable.

My dog has a on going illness. We never have a problem getting to see the vet who is always very helpful in answering any concerns we have. The reception staff are welcoming, & interested in not just us as owners but in our dogs. Our dogs are always happy to return to the vets which speaks volumes.

Lovely staff with lots of compassion would definitely recommend this veterinary service. Not only are the vet and veterinary nurses nice, the receptionist is always nice and lovely. You can always tell she's smiling behind her mask. She's the kind of lady you'd want as your best friend. They care so much about the animals they look after, and try their hardest for your pet. Best vets ever!

We haven't been using you for long, but the impact it has had had been incredible. The vet (Lucy) is very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with our cat. Our last visit was difficult but Chase came back home almost back to usual and I felt much calmer too. The issues with treatment and the appointment were dealt with efficiently by staff too and everyone was kind and positive... difficult in the current climate, so very happy with the service we received.

Took my lovely cat Simon to them. First time experience was fantastic. The reception team are very professional and positive. The vet herself was very informative, answered all my questions happily and made me feel very comfortable about my cat. Treated my pet with love and care and I really appreciated this. I would 100% recommend them. Prices are also reasonable.

Sandy had to have a tooth removed and her teeth cleaned. Due to her age, and her having to be sedated to have this treatment, I was very worried. The care given to Sandy was exceptional, when we came to collect her after treatment she was as bright as a button and in good spirits. She must have been well taken care of by the staff as, when we came back for her check up she wanted to get through the door of the consultation room into the rear quarters to see the nurses and vets. 10 out of 10 Companion Care.

Kindest, most thoughtful vets. From booking to appointments, always super helpful. 4 months into a loss of a pet, Emma and Lucy check in with me personally when I’m there. They don’t need to. I can’t fault these at all. You simply get what you pay for. The diagnostics etc are pricey but these guys move heaven and earth to save animals. There is so much warmth towards my rabbits when I visit and they regularly get kisses. It makes such a difference to how we, the parent feel when already upset and worried. Thank you so much for all that you do.

I was able to get an appointment on all 3 occasions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful both to me and my pet. Lucy (the vet who dealt with us) was exceptional in her attitude towards us both, she genuinely cares and puts both the human and pet at ease. She explained everything to me and asked my permission before going ahead with any procedures.

It's rare to find people who care as much about my pets as I do. The vets are friendly people, who care a lot about the animals they treat. I've visited them half a dozen times in the past year, and I've never had a bad experience. Appointments were easy to book, and there was next to no waiting time. I plan to use them for all my pets future health needs.

This is a fantastic vets. The amount of care and passion they give to not only the animals but also the owners is amazing. There's a quick service ie test results, follow up appointments and phone calls. They really do care about the animals welfare. I have been to other vets and none have ever phoned up a day following surgery in regards to my cats well being; it's just that extra bit of customer/patient service that makes a difference. Their pricing isn't as expensive as other vets either, which is great. we all know how high vet bills can get. It's a brilliant vets and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants guaranteed care for their companions.

The vets, nurses and reception staff at Companion Vet Care in Derby, Kingsway are exceptional. The team are friendly, helpful and always happy to give support and advice, they are incredibly professional at all times and listen, validate and reassure us regarding our concerns about our pets, plus our dogs love them (which is always a good indication). We wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this practice.

the service and care at this vets is fantastic. The care and treatment given to the animals is outstanding and the after care is also of a very high standard. I recently had to have my guinea pig put to sleep, the vet who performed the procedure was very kind and gentle with the sick animal and was also very compassionate to me. A few days after the procedure i received bereavement card in the post containing forget-me-not seeds to plant in the animal's memory. Never before have i received such good after care service from any other vets, Companion Care Vets is a very good vet practice.
