Excellent Service many thanks for seeing George today our 1st time at the practice. Excellent Service throughout the vet (sorry rubbish with names) was very professional and lovely to George and to me we had the best service and advice we have ever had in the last 7 years of me owning him, I highly recommend paw print veterinary practice and hopefully my boy who is 14 years young will visit again! As always I was dreading my first visit to a new vets but it was extremely unfounded this time. The receptionist, the vet nurse and the vet made us very welcome and made such a fuss of my nervous Border Collie puppy, Scout, that she didn't want to leave! They took their time allowing Scout and Sky to have a good look around and even gave my girls treats. I was charged a very good price for my appointment based on previous vets bills and was offered some very good advice in regards to training schools for my girl Scout. For me the experience of going to the vets is as important as the experience of going to the doctors. If it feels like a business and the doctor/vet treats you just as a paycheck then I would not return. Paw Prints Vets treated us like long lost friends and we left the surgery very happy. The practice was spotlessly clean and there is parking at the front of the building. We highly recommend this veterinary practice as the continuing care and respect they show to my dogs and I is second to none.

Friendly, efficient, caring service from Hannah the vet. Being independent there was no hard sell for testing, but common sense examination of my cat to continue with medicine for Hyper thyroidism. The reception ladies made the whole visit a pleasure. Would recommend. .

As new puppy owners we had to find a veterinary practice to care for her. There are practices closer to our home, but the positive comments online directed us towards Paw Print Veterinary Practice. We couldn't have made a better choice. On our first visit we were seen on time and were given a warm welcome by Hanna. She examined Lola thoroughly and administered her vaccination talking us through each step. I don't think Lola even noticed what was happening as she was enjoying the tasty treat pressed into the consulting table. I think she'll be quite happy to visit again next month. We left feeling reassured as Hannah had answered all our questions and knowing that our puppy was in good hands. Thank you.

Lovely Veterinary Surgery with friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about the animals they care for. The surgery itself looks like a home and doesn't seem out of the ordinary for my dog. Clean and well presented place.

Friendly family practice with personal attention. Lovely vets, efficient reception, reasonable charges, compared to larger local practices. Also, they know your pets, as you tend to see the same vets each visit, very important for building trust and rapport.

The staff here are very friendly and took great care of our kitten. I will certainly continue to take her there without hesitation. There is a small car park out front but we were able to find a space on each visit which I find very helpful.

Lovely vets. First time visiting for me. Took my two dogs for their booster jabs and the vet was very friendly and helpful. The ladies at reception were lovely too and made a great fuss of the dogs. Will definitely use Paw Print again.

The vet was so calm and gentle with my feisty cat, he seemed less frightened than with my other vet, the place looks modern and fresh it might have been slightly cheaper that my other vet but dont take this as an absolute fact. Its 4 stars because we waited outside the practice for some time and we werent given a specific reason but i think its because of COVID compications so i didnt really mind. Overall its a very nice practice with everything your pet might need!!

This is a pretty new vets in Mickleover and I've been twice in 6 months. The two different ladies appear to take a pragmatic approach to treatments and don't instantly suggest some expensive remedial actions. Practical and sensibility priced. They also contacted me a couple of hours in advance to ask if I could put my appointment back 30 minutes because an unexpected emergency had cropped up. Pangs of decent customer service, I'd say.

Took my very stressed and nervous dog to see Hanna today, it was our first visit after problems at previous vets. Hanna and the nurse were both amazing, making poppy and myself feel less stressed. I can't thank everyone enough.

Big thanks to Gemma for helping my elderly, housebound Mother with a very poorly cat. I do not live close enough to my Mother to help and Gemma visited the house and took the cat back to the surgery for treatment. Extremely caring and helpful, I am very impressed!
