All the staff are amazing. They’re so friendly and welcoming. When I have questions, everyone has always made sure I get all the info I need. Every single member of staff cares deeply about the well-being of the animals they see and I couldn’t feel safer anywhere else. They reassured me about the procedure my cat was having, and when I came to collect her, they checked in with me to see if I was worried and how I was feeling, which is so incredibly kind. The follow-up calls are always friendly and supportive. A-Star service all the way!!

Jason is fantastic. Our doggy who doesn't like many people was comfortable and happy to go with him. He was calm and relaxed and explained everything that we wanted to know. He was happy to see us for the health check , remembered our doggy and took time to listen. He explained about the medicines she was given and offered advice. We are so happy with Companion care. This vets is SO lovely. Took my dog there for her jabs last year, and they were SO good with her. She is a large breed and can writhe and thrash when they are trying to inject her, but the way they handled her was so gentle and caring it reduced her stress 100%. Prices are really good here too, they genuinely care about animals and people. We will be back for her jabs in September for her jabs, no question. They can easily compete with another big name vets in Derby, their service is second to none. The shop it is located in is also wonderful, I love having a look at the little critters once we are done in the vets, and it's right there if you need any over the counter supplies such as flea and worm prevention too. Such a lovely place.

Although I cannot review specific questions due to not being able to enter with the COVID-19 guidelines I already have a dog who goes here and it has always been clean and tidy. I always feel comfortable to ask questions and I feel the prices are more suitable at this vets rather than what I hear others get charged. My dogs are both treated with care & when I have been here with either animal I have felt 100% safe leaving them in the care of your team. Lastly I want to specifically state that the receptionists are always so helpful, very kind and go through everything to ensure I know what the costs are! Fantastic work

The receptionist was very helpful when ringing to book an appointment for Bella, when I arrived she was very friendly and didn’t have to wait much for her to see a vet. The problem was handled quickly and gave us a lot of helpful advice. When taking out a pet plan for Bella the receptionist was also very helpful in explaining all benefits included and how much it was going to cost. The vet also explained how to use Bella’s treatment and made us feel at ease. Overall a very satisfied visit, and would recommend this vet to friends and family.

The whole process of waiting outside and calling for someone to collect my dog on arrival was made very clear at the time of booking my appointment. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The lady who came out to pick Meg up was absolutely lovely. I can't remember her first name but her surname was Zak. It's really weird not being able to accompany my pup into the vets at this time but the nurse made me feel so reassured that she was in good hands and when she came back I was told all about how good she had been. I will definitely come to you again. Thank you for making my very first vet experience as a dog owner a positive one.

Just came to pick up flea and worming treatment through the health care plan. It ensures that throughout the year Alfred is protected from both fleas and worms. Just a phone call and I can pick up when convenient for me. Always a friendly service!

I was reassured by the knowledge of rabbits the receptionist showed when I rang to make the appointment. I think her name was Olivia. I've hear a lot of wrong advice from others to starve the rabbits prior to neutering operations. When Olivia told me to keep feeding them, it gave me a lot of confidence. Jason has also performed operations on other pets of mine and he's really good. He explains the procedure in jargon free language and has fantastic customer care skills. I recommend this vet practice to others as I've always been happy.

Very efficient and felt very safe, under the current circumstances as I was able to take my cat in for her vaccination without actually seeing anyone! The vet called me when it was time to collect ( I was waiting outside), and let me know that she had examined my cat and all was ok.

This was the first time I had taken my dog, Rudy, for an appointment with Jason. Prior to this, I had been told many positive things about him as a vet and now I can totally understand why. The level of care that he provided was above and beyond what I had expected. He was kind, caring and compassionate towards Rudy and put his welfare at the top of his priorities, even offering to see Rudy after appointments had finished being taken. He also called me the following day to check on Rudy's progress.

My dogs don't like you going to the vets they get very stressed. But as soon as we get to the vets desk the receptionists always make a big fuss of both my dogs which helps to put them feel more at ease. All the vets in there are very nothing is to much trouble and they explain everything they are are doing andehats going on.

Jason was so friendly and made a real fuss of Belle when he met her. He explained everything to me. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone when I arrived and rang her to say we were outside. Also very friendly when giving me an update on Belle's condition following her spaying. The nurse explained all about the post op care that Belle would require and what to look out for. I couldn't fault Belle's treatment.

I have two little mini lops who have had neutering done and I cannot recommend companion care at pets at home anymore. Even though you see different vets and nurses (we have been 6 times and seen 3 different people) but they are so lovely and know everything about your pet and care so much. My little mini lops have had such a good recovery. Lovely careering people which made me so trusting leaving my pets with them!

Brilliant vets I've been bringing all my pets here for a number of years & have never had any problems. The reception staff are all very friendly & chatty, they take the time to ask how you are and say hi to your pets & make you feel very welcome The vets themselves are very knowledgeable & friendly. They always take the time to say 'hi' to your pet too & ask them how they are. I've been in with so many problems over the years from bloat to gardia & they've never not known what's wrong They have a specialist who deals with exotics too which was one of the main reasons I changed vets: my previous vet had no clue about chinchillas & gave me a pretty poor diagnosis, so I brought her here for a second opinion & it turned out her teeth were all in grown & she needed an operation! I've stayed ever since. I also love how they handle delicate situations where your pet will need putting to sleep, sadly, with having alot of pets I've had a number of them put to sleep over the years: the staff are so lovely, they let you stay if you'd like & for as long as you like afterwards. They also send you a lovely card in the post. I recently visited to get my kittens warmed & have uploaded some pictures. They really are a brilliant, caring vets.

Vaccination was not applied as a problem with Daisy's eye was identified. The vet was very thorough and identified a wound in Daisy's right eye. She prescribed and provided treatments to be applied for one week and J will return next Monday. She explained and showed me the problem.
