r. k.Changed to Arundell from our previous vets, VETS FOR PETS, the reason for this is the service we had from them was disgusting from us booking in to them charging us hundreds of pounds more than we were told. Dont get me wrong money isn't important for our loved ones however not telling us before hand is wrong. The staff were ignorant with us on a few occasions. We had to beg for medication for our dying dog. We had enough so sought advice from other people about the best vets who care. Arundell was mentioned more than any other. From us talking with the receptionist to seeing the vet, I couldn't have felt more relaxed and made to feel that our pet and us really matter. Our vet explained everything I needed to know. Thank you Arundell I wont hesitate to recommend you.
